bro audy, terlalu banyak cardio. dan cardio dalam bentuk jog je pulak tu.
sori jangan terasa, SELALUnya sesiapa yg stay dgn jogging sahaja tidak ke mana.

HIIT ialah interval training, secara kasarnya camni, jog 1 min, sprint 30 sec. atau cuba circuit training.

INTENSITI INTENSITI INTENSITI.

aku tak duduk kt KL cam bro, aku cadangkan set satu hari, jumpa dgn bro alpha_dansei. suruh dia tengok bro workout, adakah cukup intense?

kalau wat cardio, sprint tu macam kene kejar anjing tak?
kalo wat weights, adakah esok tk boleh bangun dari katil?


aku train 2 org mmber aku last week. sampai hari niu sore tak hilang.

Thanks for the info bata... aku tgh survey kat internet nih... and it is very unfortunate for me that i think i've come to a realization that this HIIT thing is not something i prefer of doing... hehe.. the further i learnt about it, the more i found how suffering and painful this intensity workout is! Its gonna suck all sweat out of my body and leave me breathless and dried for sure ~!

Dulu aku ingat mcm step, kick boxing, hi-lo, aerobic, dance tu under HIIT tapi actually dr info yg aku baca, mostly cita pasal sprinting or cycling... like 6 Sprint Intervals - 30 Seconds each with alternate rest of 90 Seconds for beginner until the extend of 15 Sprint Intervals - 30 Seconds each with alternate rest of 30 Seconds for advance.

30s sprint tu mau kat 200meter dah... and dia punya speed comparison form 0-10 scale is like, 5 tu just relax jogging and 10 tu mcm kena kejar anjing... and the suggested speed scale? between 8.5-10! gila penat.. and aku rasa kalau buat HIIT ni, konfem dah takde energy untuk buat exercise lain nya... tul tak?

For those yg dah berjaya or about to berjaya in achiveing and having the body u wanted, the body you dream of... Betul ker korang adopt HIIT ni into your workout routine without failure? Habis tu.. time bila nak train weight, cardio and rest? Larat ker buat HIIT before or after cardio, atau before or after weight training? Any experience to share?

Err... lagi satu aku nak tambah... kat open stadium yg aku jog nih.. aku slalu gak tgk sorang mamat nih dok sprint sorang2. Agaknya dari tahun lepas lagi dia dok sprint... dulu aku tak tau dia buat apa.. skrg baru aku tau yg dia buat HIIT. Agaknye lah... ingat dia athelit ker.. tapi badan tak mcm runner pun.. cuma yg aku confuse... dari dulu badan dia besar tu gak.. mcm takde inprovement pun.. hehe   Ok, this is how i describe how he looks like... badan dia jenis yg bulky tapi tegap ar... lebih kurang mcm The Rock maybe 1/3 dr the rock kot.. mmg dia buat body sbb mmg ada muscle.. cuma i thought HIIT punya objective to make you lean kan? not bulky? is that right? mmg tak minat ar body mcm tu... mcm badak sumbu plak aku rasa.. tak pun king kong

Bagi aku senang aje..

Kalau dah workout regularly, tapi still tak nampak hasil luaran(fizikal), aku tak rasa depress or sedih..

Coz I know those exercises has done tremendous job on my fitness level, and also on my health status...Evidence, when u measure your lipid profile, when u measure your FBS...bodyweight ni just a number..the important things is how we look, and what do we feel everyday...energetic ka or lethargic ka..

And the bottom line is, istiqomah...

Istiqomah bila belajar, bila beribadah, dan juga bila work out..

Allah tak zalim....lepas setahun Insya Allah berketul punya badan...just jgn pasang niat salah dah la..nak tayang body kat beach la...  nak riak la...

no problem at all, in my opinion la if u don't like to do HIIT..
u may stick to your regular, low pace/slow pace cardio ex..
but kena sabar la nak tengok hasilnya..
and for me it also depends on our body type, our genetic, and our psychological believes...

analogy nya mcm kita drive dari KL ke JB..

kau drive lenggang kangkong, 4.5 jam sampai la JB..
kau drive speeding 150...lepas tu maintain 110..lepas tu speeding balik....cepat la sampai JB..
dan kena tengok keretanya la...kot bawak kancil 660, mcm mana nak speeding on off...mau meletup engine..kalau bawak 525i...senyum aje speeding..

Tq tq Red... i giv it a try first... then i'll see how... chaiyok2!   tapi aku kena cari time yg stadium tu lengang sket ar... lama dah tak lari... kang lari mengengkang tak macho ar org tengok hehe.... dulu aku sprinter gak... byk gak pingat wakil sekolah... tapi sekolah rendah ar...  

anyway i think im neither a 660 kacil nor a 525 BMW.. im just a typical ordinary sedan... hehe tapi kalau leh jadi mcm kat bawah nih best gak... siap tayang kepak dgn bontot lagi.. hehehe

adik ipar aku spesis ni..
kalau kat highway speed limit 110, paling tinggi dia bawak 110 lah..tu pun bila nak motong..kalau tak average bawak 90 aje..

dari kejauhan nampak lampu hijau nak tukar kuning, dah siap slow down..

kiranya adik ipar aku ni takde istilah rush la dlm kamus hidup dia...

bro, HIIT mmg penat. so kalo nk wat HIIT, aku suggest satu hari untuk cardio dan abs saje. khas. no weights training.
hari biasa, wat cardio cam biasa.

aku rasa selain training, diet bro pun *mungkin ada masalah.
semalam baru je aku jumpa budak dari Melaka, sembang psl diet dgn aku. dia buat Atkins diet. dari 100kg dah ke 83 kg.
mmber dia dari 130kg ke 70 kg dah.
tp Atkins memerlukan DISIPLIN yg sgt tinggi.

bro jgn risau dlu, nnti jadi bulky lah, apa lah. benda tu bukan senang. aku ni nak jadi bulky dah dkt 4 tahun duk kering cam ni gak. USAHA je dlu.

ok, harap berjaya dlm fitness goal masing2

ok aku nak gain muscle mass ...
aku makan nasi b4 exercise ..... for energy...
lepas exercise aku taknak ambik karbo langsung boleh tak??? (kalau ambik pun sikit je laa)

kalau aku tak ambik karbo kan.... kalau lah katakan kalori aku tak cukup

so yg mana dulu dalam badan diburn kan kalori???
-protein yg dimakan
-muscle breakdown
-lemak

adakah lemak yg dibakar dulu tanpa menggangu protein yg dimakan untuk muscle gain???

Hehehe... aku ingat dan berbulan ko start gym... dulu yg nak exchange knowledge ngan bro sapa tu.. ingat dah ada result... rupanya tak start lagi ker...

perghh... penat gila HIIT... nak temuntah aku... dah risau jer tadi kot2 kena pembawakan baby bini aku yg tgh preggy tu.. hehe...  

Anyway, penat mmg penat drpd exercise yg pernah aku buat sebelum ni... even aku jogging 12km pun tak rasa penat mcm buat HIIT tak sampai 15minit nih... tapi pelluh lagi byk time jog ar.. and aku just rasa effect kat bahagian lower body ja.. upper tak rasa effect sgt... kalau bab sakit2 otot... angkat besi lagi terasa sakit otot dia... anyway aku just buat yg beginner ja dulu... sprint 30s, rest 90s.. 6 set... nanti gradually improve and tengok apa kesan...
