chopp..ni resipi hak sya jumpa..tp lom pnh try..tgk cara tu x byk sgt..x mcm hak sya g kelas ari tu.

TIRAMISU

Bahan-bahan
1 biji kek span coklat [saiz kecil]
250 gm keju krim [Philapeldephia]
250 ml fresh milk
1/2 cawan gula halus
1/2 cawan agar2 cair [1 s/t serbuk agar + 1/2 cawan air panas]
1/2 cawan air nescafe
serbuk kopi dan serbuk koko

Cara
1. Kek span coklat dipotong nipis 2 lapisan.
2. Letakan kek dalam bekas kaca.
3. Tuangkan 1/2 bahagian air nescafe atas kek.
4. Pukulkan keju, fresh milk dan gula sehingga gebu.
5. Masukkan agar2 cair dan kacau rata
6. Tuangkan separuh adunan keju serata kek.
7. Ayakkan serbuk kopi dan serbuk koko serata kek
8. Lapiskan lagi sebahgian kek yg ada dan ulangkan langkah yg sama.
9. Sejukkan beberapa jam atau lebih sebelum dihidangkan.

sy dah try resipi hanielize tu, sedap jugak... cuma bg sy yg suka mkn cheese ni resipi hanieliza tu tak lah kow sgt sbb guna tepung lebih dr biasa... dia tak berapa creamy.. bg azzu yg x berapa gemar cheese mgkin sesuai kot ...

akk dh try, dia nyer tekstur mcm kek sbb pgunaan tepung..so x creamy lah..bg yg x mo rsa sgt cream cez mgkin resipi ni sesuai.
Bibik ckp..mana hak org mkn semua ckp sdp..

kacip,utk fruit cocktail ciskek tu...saya guna resepi NY ciskek....pastu dalam dia saya bubuh la buah2 tu....tak tahu nak wat cemaner lagik....so hentam ajelah..janji ada fruit....ada ciskek....ekeekek...

    cantiklah kek hairanaz buat, kek yg lain2 pun mmg menggoda sgt2..nak tanyala, macam mana you all alihkan kek dari springfoam pan ke atas pan kertas kerastu (especially kalau nak buat jual), saya tak tahu nak buat camaner, takut pecah..

nak tnya, baru2 ni mummy buat cheese kek...alhamdulillah la jadi gak, cuma mummy xde buat topping apa2 pun la sbb xde jem ke etc..cuma yg agak menyedihkan sket sbb mummy rasa isi dlm dia tu agak lembik..tp atas tu cam dah kaler brown2 dh..mummy ada snap gambar, tp lupa lak nk bwk kad reader ke opis, so xleh la upload gambar...tgk la, mlm ni kot2 free, mummy try upload..ni first try mummy wt cheese kek..all this while, beli jer manjang...

1 lg, semlm buat cheese kek tu, mummy ada pkai whipping cream yg dlm kotak tu..tp ada balance sket lg..ada sesapa x ada idea leh guna utk apa ek, sbb menda tu pn dh x byk...

nak tnya otai2 cezkek..mcm mana nk buat dgn cezkek tawar'..;)ni kes terlupa buh gula kastor(mlm td dh msuk adunan dlm loyang bru prsan gula duk ats penimbang - huhuhu...mata+otak penat ).ada tak apa2 sos yg buleh cover utk d mkn bersama dgn cezkek tawar(bluebery cezkek)
