don't worry I am not a writer although it was once my dream. i accept your opinion openly but your statement jangan harap industry kita tak akan ke depan or something towards that effect menghampakan. i have long realised we can't even beat Thailand but it has been my hope since Thai wins at Cannes Film Festival (if I recall correctly) or at one of the international awards. Sadly to admit we have many writers but been dampened their spirit by others...as the industry follow a wrong track...
as your perumpamaan I understand fully and I do hope you understand mine as well when I say they end up selling nasi lemak...our mind have been created to accept without challenges and I pity people in the industry but again I salute drama and film produced by filmscape directed by Kabir Bhatia and Faisal Ishak...and their line up cast on each production. they keep on producing what they think best although they did not get any recognition or awards and in one of Kabir tweet he did mention about fund. Unfortunately they are not Malaysian but they produced quality dramas and films.
Do you or have you ever think or thought why many Malaysians willing to watch Korean dramas which full of tears and twisted plot?
