huhu, buat malam, pagi esok tu saya terpaksa buang part tengah...x dak sapa nak makan..

lepas tu, ada org order cheesekek, saya bake sampai sejam 1/2+....tu pun risau takut2 tengah lembik, dah la org punya...alhamdulillah diaorg cakap best...

apa effect eh kalau terlebih bakar??? rasa sama x?

satu lg, kalau cheese kek jenis chilled, berapa lama mampu bertahan kat luar?? 5-6 jam tahan x?? camna nak bawak travel jauh ye...

last friday ingatkan nak wat tiramisu sbb nak habiskan whipping cream yang nak expired.
Ikut resepi putar whipped cream sampai kental tp orange terlebih putar. Skali whipping cream tu pecah dan kuar air. Huhu. Puas putar lagi sampai hodoh creame tu. Last2 terus buang. , Rugi RM8.00. Rupanya whipping cream ni xleh over mix nanti pecah.

Slalu kalo dah pecah camtu mmg terus bungkus ker? Tak leh nak guna lagi yer??

kalau whipping cream pecah sbb overbeat, panaskan atas double boiler - kacau pelan2 smpi dia bersatu kembali.  kemudian sejukkan dlm fridge (cover with cling film).  boleh guna semula mcm biasa.

whipping cream mmg sensitif, tak boleh overbeat - kena selalu perhatikan masa nk beat dlm mixer.

ermm nak tanya/...

saya ada balance cream cheese dlm 500gm kot...expired nya lambat lg...tp td check tengok2 kat part atas ada 2-3 tompok kulat...yg bawah n tengah x de masalah...

agak2 boleh guna lagi x?? nakkan kepastian sebelum buang....malang sungguh, kemarin buat pizza, tengok2 mozarella cheese berkulat...expired lambat lg...hari ni cream cheese lak...

kalau cheese tu x bau masam lg blh la buang bhg yg berkulat tu and use them up quickly.
tp kalau bau dah lain mcm, buang je la trus....

alhamdulillah....sy buang part berkulat, then simpan yg tak berkulat dlm ice box...pastu buat carrot kek...x de sapa sakit perut pun...tq sis..

anyway, nak tahu ok x cheese kalau simpan dlm peti ais bahagian sejuk beku(ice box)?? atau ada cara lain yg boleh memberi ketahanan yg lama pada cream cheese tu??

as far as I know, it doesnt work that way for cream cheese.  as long as the cheese masih neatly packed (still blm buka original packing), dia akan tahan smpi expiry date (tak apply for re-packed cream cheese yg kita beli kt kedai bakery).  once dah buka, kena guna habis within one week max.  even if u simpan dlm freezer, dia ttp akan berkulat & bau masam....  tp kalau cheese jenis lain eg. cheddar/parmesan/mozarella etc, simpan dlm freezer utk tahan lebih lama.

btw, apa yg sy perasan, bila simpan cream cheese dlm ice box, cream cheese tu jadi berketul2....then sy guna utk buat brownies marble cheese....rasa tetap sama..

haa satu lg, nak tanya kalau cheesekek terover bake, apa akan jadi pada cheesekek tu??...misalnya terover bake sejam setengah ke...2 jam...ke tempoh bakar...rosak x cheesekek tu?? rasa dia berubah x...dia effect kat mana eh...
