skrg iols baru start balik IF. 16:8 setelah mencanak2 naik ms raya. almaklumlah balik kpg, cuti raya lama
iols buat exact time mcm bwh ni. 12tghri dh boleh start mkn. Last meal 8pm. Lepas tu puasa lh. Dlm puasa tu minum green tea w/o sugar, air kosong. IF ni rileks ckit..xde rs pressure sgt. Just eat moderate lah. Kdg2 1meal/day, kdg2 2meal/day. Hopefully istiqomah balik lh Kang laki ajak makan luar, lagi2 weekend, mmg lemah iols. Semua bnda nk ditelan

10 days dah harini buat IF + cut all sugar drinks weekend buat 12, weekdays 16. Belum kuat nak buat lebih

meols baru masuk 3rd week buat IF..tu pun ada dah cheat day terutama hari ahad..meols buat santai2 je 16:8..memula tu meroyan gak sebab mg amek bfes n minum air manis memanjang..so apa meols buat ialah kt office mg totally air kosong..kt umah limit 2 glasses of sweet drink..makan nasi time lunch n dinner..meols sejenis sweet tooth so nak lepaskan gian limit je sugar intake tu

berat dlm 2 weeks with cheat days turun stgh kilo tp inch loss mg ada terutama kt lengan n peha..baju dah x ketat kt montot

jgn stress buat IF..santai2 je tp paling penting mg kena cut sugar

meols baru jumpa tered ni.. tq ade juga tempat berteduh..

meols dah start if 2 minggu mcm tu. so far ok la, rasa perut kecik sikit haha.. meols buat skip bf dan dinner. makan lunch je. yg i buat ni rasanya mcm omad jugak kot.. lps lunch meols dah tak makan dah sampai esok hari lunch balik baru i makan..

mula2 start dulu the first week tu mmg betul2 struggle. mengigil nak sampai 12tghari.. tapi lama2 dah ok dah.. so far i suka diet ni, sbb rasa relax dan tak la stress itu xboleh makan, ini tak boleh makan. semoga istiqomah semua ye

tu OMAD la chuols buat..meols x mampu lagi nak berOMAD..menten 16:8 je n still amek benda2 manis cuma dikurangkan quantity..skrg dah masuk 4th week..yg penting baju/pinggang kain dah longgar2..seluar pun kt bahagian peha dah ada ruang..hepi sgt

I pun tk boleh telan beras perang..so now i makan beras herba ponni..mula2 dulu kelat jgk muka nk telan..lama2 dh get used to it..rasa mcm beras basmathi je

Kalau puasa je terus dari lepas subuh ke maghrib tiap2 hari pun ok jugak kot..berlapar pahala pun dapat satu.. so ada ke sapa nak bg hujahan beza if buat IF

I baru nak buat ni. esok setart. Weight skrg 67kg. tp kita tgi jugakla and broad shoulder... tp rasa mcm dah berat balikkkk... xble jadi ni.

Ada jugak kawan2 i bagitahu benda sama. Berat sama je tapi ada inchloss. So diorang teruskan je buat IF. Then slowly berat turun.

I pun baru start buat IF dlm pertengahan July 2019
Naik turun jgk la sbb tiap kali balik kg mesti ter-cheat day

Tp sejak Sept 2019 xde dah cheat day
sbb I amalkan eveyday is a cheat day haaaagitcheww
cuma kurangkan gula
masih mkn nasi mee pasta
hmm cmne nk stop sbb I masak utk suami n anak
tergugats iman diorg mkn sedap2 xkn I nk ratah salad je
stakat ni berat baru dpt turun 3kg
mmg lemaks dh tepu
selowww sgt progressnye
I pelik org yg buat IF ni 3 bln dpt turun smpai 10kg tu cmne la diorg buat ye...
tp sblm buat IF, I dah start diet atkins, control calorie sejak last year
tp biasa lerrrr... semangat beberapa bln je
dpt turun bbrp kg terus lupa doniaaa
mungkin sbb tu kot
I dh lost bbrp kg sblm ni
so now bila buat IF dgn x control mkn semua bedal tp msh control sugar
dpt lost 3 kg dlm 3 bln ni pun dh kira ok kott
tp mmg terasa sgt bila buat IF inchloss sgtttt ketara

Now I dah start buat OMAD
dah 3 minggu ni agak konsisten
cuma perasan tiap kali lepas mkn jantung I rs lari laju giler
pastu terasa panas satu bdn

ade sesape mcm I x?

I ni pun lemaks dh tepu
lagi2 pernah cser
lemaks perut mmg ssh nk hilangkan
tp buat IF mmg terasa inchloss byk
xla byk lg
tp 2" tu pun dh rs ringannn badan ni
