Top dah buat goreng peria tu...sedap tapi tak rangup pun. Top boh serbuk kunyit, rempah kari & sket tpg beras. Ngape ye nice?

Kelapa parut tu.....miker goreng kasi kering skit.(warna perang jer)
Idak ler sampai jadi kerisik plak.

Then tumbuk skit.....masukkan ke dalam kari tu.

yup.. betul kata nice.. last saturday pun sue buat mcm ni .. tp buat kari ayam.. ajor adik sue abb bakal in law dia ni memang faveret nye kari.. so klu nak buat hari2 pun x per sbb xde santan..

Minat Ladoo ye... its my favaroute juga, bila ada kenduri org punjabi kahwin... satu bag ladoo tu boleh habis satu hari.  Ubat untuk menambah Cholesterol... he he.
my late father made it once.. tapi yyg saya ingat.. dia keras lah sangat. tak laku langsung.  If you are in Malaysia... you can get one of the best ladoo from kedai makan punjabi.. Jai Hind.. namanya.. kat kawasan masjid india.

This recipe saya dapat dari site ilove india.

Ingredients

4 cups Gram Flour
1 cup Pure Ghee
2 cups sugar
1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
1/2 cup chopped Almonds and Raisins

Method

Heat the ghee in a pan.
Add the gram flour and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till brown.
Once it is browned, let it cool.
Add powdered cardamom and sugar. Mix well.
Add chopped almonds and raisins.
Shape into ladoos and serve.

happy trying.. and as for the gulab jamun.... i will post later.

Diana minat ladoo tapi tak ada ler makan banyak2 satu dua dah cukup bila part ngidam ladoo nih, dulu kat India berantu makan :cak:... dari mangga, tosei, capati, semua telan ...

nak tanya what is gram flour? bukan ke guna kacang dal buat ladoo nih?  tapi ladoo ada yang manis sangat, lebih suka yang agak savoury sikit ada rempah2 fuhhhhh rasanyaaaaa nikmatttttt :mll::mll:

memang guna kacang dhall..tapi dalam bentuk tepung. Kacang dhall dari jenis... kacang kuda.  Juga tepung tu di kenali sbg Chana flour, besan flour or chekpea flour.
