rumah murah yg mcm mana?? rumah double story kat bangi tu dlm 170K & above.. tgk la area mana n rumah mcm mana yg u nak?
kalu mcm dekat dgn ktm ukm, ada housing area baru, ada low cost, medium cost aptment, double story terrace pon ada.. try la.. housing area yg baru tu dalam kampung sungai tangkas n b4 cybertel/ tmn universiti.. try la survey kat situ.
i pon ada rumah kat kg sungai tangkas tu, tp rumah parents punya, tgh nak cari penyewa ni.. interested?? |

mmg dah survey habis2 area kat situ b4 beli. tu yg berani beli eventho harga 355K.
my advise.. jgn tergesa gesa kalu nak beli property, survey betul2.. meaning.. bukan takat baca buku, baca newspaper n surf internet saje..
pegi kat area tu n contact banyak2 agent.. buat2 mcm nak sewa or beli rumah kat situ.. pegi view rumah/ unit tu.. n kalu bole, tanya soalan byk2 dari agent tu.. sapa previous tenant, sapa management, sapa prospect agent/ house owner tu... |

and lagi satu.. kalu nak cari tenant, cari thru agent.. selalunya agent akan buat survey/ research on their future/ potiential client.
tp kena hati2 dgn agent2 ni jugak.. ada yg menipu.. kalu diorang minta pegang kunci.. jgn bagi.. kalu nak bagi or kena bagi jugak.. make sure tukar kunci lepas tu.. ada byk kes agent duplicate kunci n sewakan unit tu without our permission..
kalu boleh.. baik2 la dgn security guard n management.. diorang bole tolong... |

nak minta advise kalau ada siapa2 yg familiar dgn area segambut => segambut dalam, bukit segambut, tmn bukit prima pelangi.
sya tgk kat area ni ada potiential nak maju. mmg sekarang ni byk org indonesia, bangla, nepal, mynmar duduk kat situ.. dah jadi perkampungan diorang.
sya nak tahu kalau2 ada plan nak buat highway baru, development baru or jalan yg lebih baik. kawasan ni dekat dgn mont kiara, sri hartamas n kepong.
ada sesiapa boleh advise? |

Bole try survey market di jb (tp jgn lla beli hulu kg) utk sewa alone bole dpt rm1,000 monthly above
Sbb byk sporean yg menetap di spore, sewakan rumah mereka di sana 2,000 dollar
Dan pindah n menyewa di jb, dgn harga sewa at least rm1,000-2k monthly |

i juga sedang mancari rumah , tapi bujet i RM200 kat pj area.. ada tak hartanah yg korang ingin mengesyorkan ? tapi kalo blh, i ingin pinjam pinjaman kerumahan sbyk 80% la.. bank ape yg korang pinjam sekarang? bagus tak? sebab skrng ni bank suka lengah masa kita..i x suka masa saya dibazir!
