kena tanya kawasan sekeliling,jiran dll...jgn tinggi sgt unless kita ade fully funished dan lain2 add value yg org lain x ade,yg penting still make profit.

sorry lambat reply... bz sikit lately... sekarang bank's BLR 5.55% per annum... depend bank nak bagi - berapa... tapi dalam 500K tuh monthly dalam RM 2.6K (estimate)...

kq sokong statement elbeck... tapi setakat yg kq tau.. mont kiara dan hartamas... memang goldmine for investment... first factor is ada 2 international school then the rest.. macam yg u all tau lah... in terms of rental or sales.. really making good income/return after all....

memang x semua boleh afford nak invest kat area nih... kq pun x mampu.. tapi bagi yang mampu nak dapat loan dari bank tu.. kq rasa macam rugi kalau tunggu...

real estate negotiator predict dalam tempoh 4 tahun lagi.. kawasan nih akan boom (price nyer) .... for some condo, akan menjulang sehingga RM 900 per square feet (do the math your self tapi mas kq dok congak2 nih...... meleleh air liur bila kq see the figure pop at my calculator.........)

narif rasa leh dpt cheaper lah, depends amik loan berapa lama. narif baru beli rumah dalam 500k, bayar monthly dalam 3k for 15 years. kalau amik 30 years tak silap dalam 2k lebih sket kot. narif amik loan ngan hsbc amanah home smart. loan tu cam best, leh buat simpanan sekali

wah ye ke? best nye... tapi kan kq, kalau beli sana, elok sewa ke jual balik ek? dulu narif gi usha kensington park, lawa gak. tapi hubby tak berkenan. rumah ngan jiran depan rapat sgt.

Kalau ade sesape nak beli rumah freehold untuk investment ... let me know yaa .. ade tempat berpotensi. Aku sendiri nak beli tapi loan tak boley lulus .  Bumiputra tak perlu downpayment ... first 2 years tak perlu progressive interest (takyah bayar ape2 for 2 years) ... ... pm me kalau nak number contact sales agentnyer ... senang nak kawtim ape2.... and boleh buat site-visit tengok sendiri ... kawasan rumah ni .. Tesco dekat .. highway pon dekat .. macam2 lagi ...
