yup..sponge tu kena ferment 4 hrs dulu

pastu baru masuk dlm doh n uli
bel tak penah makan yg big apple punya
kalau krispie kreme tu donut dia, kulit garing dlm sofffftt sgt
donut ni lembut mcm yg starbuck punya sbb guna resepi yang sama

krispie kreme tu rajin sbb chain rest. comp hubby..sama dgn starbuck.
nnt ada kesempatan bel try..

dah buat donut bel semalam..lembutnya ..pastu ada baki akak buat laa ala-ala cinnamon roll tapi jadi mcm pullapart bread pulak rupanya..siyesss yg bakar tu lembut sangat..baru keluar oven tak sempat sejuk ,akak dah makan.Pagi ni tengok pun masih lembut.

Gebu betul roti tu!! nampak sedap!
selalunya bel buat minyak mesti betul2 panas
masukkan donut cepat dlm kuali, bel kira 1-10 pastu balikkan satu persatu dgn pantas
pastu terus angkat...tu untuk dpt yg putih
tp mmg berminyak, bel cuma alaskan dgn paper towel yg tebal untu resap minyak dia
tunggu minyak hilang dulu baru coat dgn gula
