guna api slow ke bel? sempat masak eh kt dalam..? i buat tak jadiler..xmasak kt dalam, maybe ken ...

resepi donut

Bahan-bahan

500g tepung gandum
11g yis
40g gula halus
16g susu tepung
5g garam
3g baking powder
1 biji telur
250g air
25g majerin
47g shortening
1 sudu kecil ovallatte ( utk frozen food)


Cara-cara

Campurkan tepung gandum, yis, gula halus, susu tepung, garam, baking powder dan ovallate.
Kemudian masukkan telur dan air. Gaul sehingga sebati.
Masukkan majerin dan shortening, kemudian uli sehingga adunan menjadi licin.
Rehatkan doh selamat 5 minit.
Canaikan doh dan potong dengan donut cutter.
Biarkan doh naik 2x ganda sblm digoreng.
Sedia untuk makan petang.

frozen bel punya tu penyet2 sbb bel himpit masuk tupperware
tp bila time goreng nnt dia naik gebus semula!

byk kali dah buat donut,tapi ni yg menjadi gebu naik nye.dah la mudah simple je bhn2nye.
buat masa bln pose hr tu.buat ptg,sampai sahur esoknye pun lembut lagi.

guna tpg gndum biasa je.

2nd time buat tak jadi,bila siasat rupanya sbb tpg cap tesco.jgn le beli tpg murah ni.lgpun kita famliy kecik je,tpg mhl skit tkpe la.bkn guna msk hari2 pun

aritu goreng donut..pastu rasa macam malas nak cairkan coklat...
then bel campurkan sedikit castor sugar dgn loads of milo dan coat donut tu!
hasilnya sangat sedapppp...cubalah

Bel dah byk cuba resepi donut. Boleh kata semua jad ...

SPONGE
420 g tepung roti
250 g air (suhu bilik)
5 g instant dry yeast (SAF is the best)
DOUGH
180 g tepung  gandum
12 g baking powder
6 g instant dry yeast
36 g susu tepung  
9 g bread improver
9 g bread softener (optional)
9 g garam

70 g gula
30 g susu segar
48 g air sejuk
72 g butter

Bel, agak-agak berapa measurement dalam sudu untuk bahan-bahan yang saya highlight dalam merah tu...terima kasehhhh.

cupcakes..biasanya untuk yeast tu bel guna berpandukan berat sepeket tu..just bahagi dua je gitu

baking powder pulak bel agak2 juga guna teaspoon..1tsp
same goes to yg lain tu...guna teaspoon tp kurangkan skit..
