festaim try buat oreo cheese cake...

rupanya tak lah susah sgt buat cheese cake neh tapi tak lah senang jugak... hehhee




err... camne nak potong ciskek neh bg cantik macam kat kedai tu...?

penah try wat tiramisu utk besday mak mgu lepas..ingatkan ssh sgt nak wat rupenyer senang aje..tapi barang2 nak wat mahal sikit..ni resepi die kalau ade yg nak try..sgt senang nak wat sb x yah bakar pun..letak dalam fridge je

p/s - gamba x sempat nak snap da abis kene ngap..hehe

Bahan-bahan

1 biji sponge kek ( luve guna kek span oren)
250ml whipping cream
200ml cream cheese (brand phidilepia)
1/2 cawan gula halus ( luve guna gula biasa je tapi blend kasik halus)
1 cawan air panas (nak bancuh nescafe)
1 sudu makan serbuk nescafe
serbuk koko untuk hiasan

Cara-cara

Bancuhkan nescafe dengan satu cawan air panas tadi
Satukan gula, cheese dan cream
Pukul adunan tadi sampai kembang dan gebu
Potong kek pada 3 bahagian
Susun 1 bahagian dalam bekas
Tuangkan 1/3 bahagian bancuhan nescafe ke atas kek
Sapu 1/3 bahagian adunan cream+cheese tadi atas kek
Susun lagi bahagian yang selebihnya
Ulang sampai habis kemudian tutup dengan cling film dan simpan dalam fridge sebentar...
Hiaskan dengan serbuk koko bila masa nak menghidangkannya...

ni oreo cheese cake yang saya buat pagi tadi.  saya bakar pakai teknik steam bath, cuma nak tanya kenapa lepas dibakar cream cheesenya masih lembik lagi?? saya bakar dlm satu jam gitu..

tgk jenis oven jugak..

mmg kat resepi tu dia tulis berapa lama masak tp kalu kite buat still lembik/cucuk dgn lidi still melekat just bakar la dlm 10 minit..pastu test lg tgk dah masak ke belum..kalu xmasak lg tambah masa lg..

Hai,lamer dh jadik pemerhati kat cni..thanx resepi japanese cheese kek tu smlm dh try buat kali kedua.baru terasa kegebuannya..bila mkn mencair dlm mulut.hubby pun suke.walau pun tggu masa nk branak.tetap gak nk buat.kang 2bln takleh mkn cheese huhuhu.sori gambar tak pandai nk tempek
