Skarang pun kerja gomen pun banyak yg kontrak basis. Kalau dulu ya memang kebal. Masuk2 permanant ada sistem pencen. Rata2 kenbanyakkan kontrak basic. Cuma kalau kerja private otak kena cepat dan banyak persaingan. Bagi I lah, kalau competent cepat lah naik pangkat kalau kat swasta. Nanti dah masuk kerja, fikirkanlah. Sbab I dulu line kerajaan.

akak ada satu kes terjadi bulan lepas, kisahnya staf ni join company akak kerja ni bulan 6 tahun lepas, alih2, bulan 3 lepas keluar lah bonus and increment, sekali tu dia serang akak and the gang, dia cam tak puas hati kenapa bonus dia sikit, increment pun so-so je, adillah, dia baru join bulan 6 tahun lepas, tak sampai setahun pun, appraissal and KPI dia pun satisfactory je, last2 dia resign...

tp time dia resign tu, giler kemain lagi dia heboh sana sini sampai ke pengetahuan director kami dia pergi cerita, kebetulan pulak time majlis bacaan yassin sebulan sesudah dapat bonus tu, director kami dtg office kami, time tu la dia menjoyah isu ketidakpuasan hati dia pada director kami, director kami senyumsinis je pada dia .......

in the same time, dia ada juga pegi interview, tup2, ada company nak beli dia notice period dia sebulan... time ni pun sangat kelakar, sampai dia gi gegar department finance kami tanya bank mana nak masukkan duit, apa nombor akaun bank company la, padahal akak dah tulis siap2 dalam acceptance of resignation letter dia apa prosedur kpd syarikat belah sana tu utk beli notice period... dept finance kami pun senyum sinis je pada dia...

time exit interview, dia siap letak lagi dalam form : 'company shall think to counter offer to staff who wish to tender their resignation '' yg ni sumpah akak rasa kelakar.... padahal hari first day dia resign pun akak dah standby 5 candidate tuk replace dia , dan replacement utk dia pun akan masuk lepas raya nanti... dalam bab ni, akak tak kisah pun dia nak setia ke tidak, once you left the compant, thousands outside there waiting to replace you

kdg2 tu, akak rasa as a HR ni , tak boleh sangat nak berlembut ngan staff ni, pasal dlm bnyak2 staff, mesti selit dua tiga yg ting tong skit kepalanya...

Kelakar kadang2 staff tak fhm tentang probation, pro rate and bonus.  Kalau dulu mmg saya kt retail sekrang kt site.  Kita buat proper induction kan.  Jadi hr kena firm yg pasti kita pun ada business sendiri.  Kena jaga kebajikan sendiri kann

sekarang company tgh issue nak bagi bonus.
tapi sebab nak cut cost dia kata alasan sape dapat bonus
based on days of MC and EL.
Sapa banyak EL & MC xdapat bonus...

Eiii Carut betul. Kerja penat lelah, performance tinggi
tapi mc dgn El yg dia tengok.

Tolong la sape2 keje HR bagi expalanation / alasan munasabah
utk kita paham kenapa company buat mcm ni.

aku dulu kak..kerja tak smpai setahun tak dapat bonus pun even pro-rated..
kalo dpat tu kira cukur la..

beza kampeni bini aku...sama kes cm aku..tp dpt bonus...even keje tak smpai setahun...
kes akak tu over konpiden...keje tak smpai setahun nak pikir kampeni patut counter offer dia..phuiii

laki aku swasta pun aku galakkan lompat...thn 2014 dh lompat sekali naik rm1k++...sblm tu 10 thn mereput dkt company kafir jepun...gaji sedeh...jenuh aku suh lompat...skrg company kafir amerika...tgu lg 3 thn aku nk suh dia lompat lg...
