atasnya  saja bagi hangus.....
tadi campur limau nipis tapi terasa macam cheesecake biasa....rasa muak

mai saya tolong tempekkan............



Bingka Cheese [CatLady]

bahan A
250 gm philadelpia cheese
1/2 kotak cheese cheedar (parut)
200gm mentega
4 biji telur
1/2 tin sedang susu manis
1 gelas tepung gandum or tepung jagung(struktur lebih halus)

Bahan B
1 paket agar agar (12gm)
3 gelas air
1 gelas gula

Cara membuatnya

Pukul bahan A hingga kembang. rebus bahan b hingga mendidih. Setelah agar gara larut, angkat dan tapiskan. Rehatkan seketika, biarkan agar-agar jadik suam suam kuku.  kemuadian gaulkan kedua dua bahan A & B dan putar hingga sebati. Sapu mentega sedikit pada acuan. Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang dan bakar dengan suhu 170 darjah selama 40-45min

saya rase muak sbb resepi catlady ader campur ngan cheddar cheese lagik kot..

sbb saya guna resepi tajmah..ok jer..sedap n tak muak...dier cuma guna cream cheese jer

nak tanya,cream cheese tu brp gram?kalau beli kat bakery supplies, 1 pack ada 250gm dan 500gm..nak guna pack yg mana 1?

dlm resipi tu guna gelas..ni yg aku fail nih..gelas ni saiz semua berbeza..so kalau boleh bagi sukatan yg tepat la in ml..sebab dlm cabinet i tu ada short glass, long glass, cocktail glass..so agaknya yg mana satu yer...

heheheh, btul la lilo.. kalau tukar semua anggaran pakai satu cawan buleh ke ek.... sesapa tulun' la jawab... lagik satu, tak paham la kaedah double boil ni.. camne nak bakar pastu ada double boil lak... tolong explain dgn lebih lanjut... TQ TQ

selalu guna cawan yang 250ml tu saja...kek still ok....
