roti ni asal usulnye dr german & poland & dorang panggil baba..& then the jews buat version dorang yg ada inti coklat nih & dorang panggil 'babka'. Dlm bahasa dorang babka tu maknanya 'old women' @ 'grandmother' .....

streusal tu mmg parut..pasal lembik...bila parut, tabur dia sekata skit.

ok...nak pegi check choc chip muffin masak ke tak..harap2..x de yg melimpah kuar

tolong aku nak buat roti tapi kurang tepung
cuma ade 400 gm....resipi 500 gm...mcmanan ni...
hujan2 ni sodap mkn roti panas2......
tolongggggggg sifu2 roti.......

kurangkan bahan lain..... since 400g = 80% dari original resipi........ kira 80% saja bahan lain eg.  dari 50g butter, guna 40g saja..... maybe kurangkan masa bakar juga, tengok-tengok masa bakar nanti.....

Paling banyak tepung  saya pernah uli guna KitchenAid ni 800g..tapi bergegarlah mesin tu. Kena pegang untuk stablekan...anyway that's the only time...takut nak buat macam tu lagi..tak pasal-pasal rosak nanti...

800 gm? wah banyak jugak tu.

Cali buat roti apa pakai 800 gm tepung? Bukan apa .. hari tu buat 300g dpt 7 biji jer roti manis tu. Mcm sikit jer kan ~

bukan Mod taknak kasik..tapi server yg problem..
kdg2 tuh jenuh nk refresh byk kali..itupun seksa jugak..
sometimes..tak dapat tgk gambar..nampak tanda 'X' saja..
jgn ingat Mod pilih kasih ke apa ekk..

baru lepas bakar soft butter bun....buh inti sardin...alhamdulillah jadi dan sedap.....family kata lembut cam kat kedai....hehe

umah sy tak dak tepung superfine, jadi sy ganti tepung gandum.....ayak 2 kali....lepastu uli dgn tangan.....lenguh tgn.....tp alhamdulillah jadi gak...:pompom:
