Arrow Season 3 and The Flash Season 1 have their crossover episode this fall!
Arrow's Oliver Queen and Flash Barry Allen might have to band together if they want to defeat a major foe: William Tockman, the Clock King, played by Robert Knepper.
Robert Knepper will reprise the role in Episode 7 of The Flash, making him the first villain to show up in both Starling and Central City, TVline Reports.
The DC Comics Villian first appeared on Arrow in the Season 2 episode, Time of Death. Although Oliver and company defeated the villainous clockmaker, Tockman survived the encounter. And now he is coming back.
Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said, "We wanted to give Barry a real challenge, TWO bad guys!", adding that The Flash will be "fighting both a new enemy and one of our scariest and most successful Arrow villains, The Clock King."
However, there is no word yet on who the other villain might be, or whether he or she is in league with The Clock King. The second enemy will be a new character to the Flash series.
"It's really going to be an adventure with the Arrow and Flash on both episodes. Watching the two teams come together and fight alongside each other, it's one of the most fun parts," Kreisberg added.
Arrow and The Flash will premiere their new seasons on The CW on 8 October and 7 October, respectively.
Arrow season 3 may still be over a month away, but a new villain has been cast. Felicity’s backstory episode has also gotten a name change.
First off, Matt Ward has been cast as Simon Lacroix, aka Komodo, reports EW.
In the Arrow-verse, Simon is “a deadly mercenary using the code name Komodo, who wreaks havoc in Starling City.”
In the DC comics, Komodo is an archer and enemy of Green Arrow. He first appeared in 2013′s Green Arrow #17 and served as a main villain for a time.
So what can we expect from Komodo in season 3? According to executive producer Marc Guggenheim, he is the villain-of-the-week in episode 2, but “Team Arrow’s pursuit of him is part and parcel of a season-long storyline.”
He adds, “You’re going to know what happens to Komodo at the end of the episode, but it will be a little bit tied in better with the season-long mythology than villain-of-the-week episodes we have done in the past.”
Ward’s other credits include Remedy, TRON: Legacy, and Charlie St. Cloud.
Arrow season 3 The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak
Meanwhile, a Felicity-centric episode was announced for this season at SDCC and her mother was even recently cast. However, the episode will no longer be titled “Oracle,” as originally slated.
Instead, it will be titled “The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak,” according to EW.
“We’ve established in the past that Mom is a cocktail waitress in Vegas,” Guggenheim says. “She and Felicity are two very different people.” Mama Smoak will appear in episode 5, which will focus on “the differences between these two women and how much of their relationship is a struggle as a result. It’s a real challenge for these two people to find some common ground.”
Despite this look into Felicity’s past, don’t expect to learn the identity of her father during the hour. Rather, that mystery “probably gets extended more than it gets answered,” Guggenheim teases.
Arrow Season 3 Spoilers: Batman Begins Star Liam Neeson Would Play Ra's al Ghul 'In A Heartbeat'Liam Neeson said that he wouldn't hesitate to perform the iconic villain Ra's al Ghul one more time.

Arrow producers announced at Comic-Con that the League of Assassins leader Ra's al Ghul would be coming to Season 3.
Ever since the announcement there are reports making rounds about who will play the part in CW's Arrow, and whether they will live up to Liam Neeson's portrayal of Ra's al Ghul delivered in Batman Begins.
In a recent interview with MTV, Liam Neeson said that he wouldn't hesitate to perform the iconic villain one more time.
The Taken star said, "No, I haven't [been asked], I haven't at all. I would [do it], in a heartbeat, if it came my way, yeah. Very much so."

When asked of he had any advice for the actor who does wind up playing Ra's, "they have to believe in their philosophy," Neeson said.
"Ra's al Ghul absolutely believed what he was doing was ultimately saving civilization, and it was quite a good argument he comes up with.
"Throughout the ages this fraternity, that brought the plague to wipe out a section of mankind because it needed to be regenerated again. Very dangerous, but you have to believe it."
The casting description of Ra's al Ghul shows that the showrunners aren't looking to stray too far from Neeson's version. Describing the League's leader as a "major recurring character" may rule someone like Neeson out of the picture.
Although the fans are hoping, whoever does take on the role, whether Neeson or another actor, does have the proper belief in place. They're going to need it to take down Team Arrow.
Arrow Season 3 premieres Wednesday, October 8th on The CW.
sebulan jer lagi...pejam celik pejam celik karang dah abis season 3 ko...haaa...
rupanya Arrow producers tak tanya pun Liam Neeson on whether he is interested to play Ra's Al-Ghul...would be great if he reprised his role tapi dah Arrow team ckp tak nak overlap tv and movie world lak kan....
Why is everyone NOT freaking out about this?! It’s an Oliver and Felicity kiss in the new season of Arrow, people!
While we still don’t know when or how this kiss will happen, we do also see Thea getting in some sword time and Laurel showing off her toughness. Nice!
Meanwhile, Amy Gumenick, who you might remember from Supernatural, is joining Arrow as his number one fan, Carrie Cutter (a.k.a. Cupid).
“I always loved the idea of Green Arrow having a crazed fan,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg dished to EW about the character he created. “When I was writing the comic book, my big goal was to create a villain who would last. Cupid has since appeared in the DC Nation shorts on Cartoon Network, and to have her fight our TV Arrow is so much more than I ever could have hoped for the character.” Arrow returns on Wednesday, October 8th @8PM ET/PT on The CW.

Riddick star Matt Nable has been cast as the prolific DC Comics villain on the CW comic-book drama, joining the third season in a recurring role. The Australian actor will first appear in the fourth episode, "The Magician," also Arrow's 50th milestone.
The leader of the League of Assassins and father of Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), Ra's is proud and unforgiving. A ruthless strategist, a master of martial arts and a shaper of history, Ra's carries the wisdom of the ages and protects some of its greatest secrets.
Star Stephen Amell first revealed the news on Twitter, shortly after a new 90-second season-three trailer made the rounds. Ra's' presence was first revealed in a lengthy season-three trailer unveiled at Comic-Con.
"We have a really clever way of doing Ra's this year that is true to the comic-book origins but different from the way Ra's was portrayed in the [Christopher] Nolan movies. You don't want to compete with Batman Begins, even though we've always said Batman Begins was a big influence on us," executive producer Marc Guggenheim told a handful of reporters at Comic-Con. "We really wanted our Ra's to be very different — at least our own Arrow-ified version."
Ra's al Ghul has been a looming figure on Arrow since the start of the series, with his presence felt more acutely in the second season. His daughter, Nyssa, was the first from the al Ghul family to appear on Arrow, though other characters have League of Assassins ties.
In fact, Nyssa "will absolutely play into the season and we have a really cool arc planned," Guggenheim hinted. "The first time we see Ra's [in the third season] is a scene between him and Nyssa."
Nable, a former rugby player, is the latest addition to an Arrow guest cast that includes the Atom/Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), Wildcat/Ted Grant (J.R. Ramirez), Felicity’s mother (Charlotte Ross), Maseo (Karl Yune), Katana (Rila Fukushima), a new Count Vertigo (Peter Stormare), Felicity's college ex (Nolan Funk) and Mark Shaw/Manhunter (David Cubitt).
Nable is repped by Greene & Associates, Sue Barnett and Intellectual Artists Management. Other credits include Killer Elite, TV series Underbelly, Bikie Wars and East West 101.
Arrow returns Oct. 8 on The CW.
