bodonya fizo ni komen camtu leh sentap.... nak suh private... nmpk sgt ko bodoh bisnes hrp ade modal yg takyah sbut dr mana....:lol;

tgk dato vida tu ape org tak kutuk... ade bg statement sentap?

bab pandai handle customer ni aku kagum ngan admin fb iflix.... org makin kat situ pun diorg leh layan ngan gaya nakal n lucu.... customer pun tak jd mrh.. :
even ade customer dah terminate... siap ckp bg peluang....siap ckp hrp customer ubah fikiran...

bisnes bkn bidang aku... tp displinya sama... customer always right.... suppose kritikantu jd peluang....

peluang utk improve jgn syok sendiri....

bab menu pun tak research btul2.... cuba tgk francais yg berjaya tu mcm mana.... menu secret recipe tu... description die... wpun biasa2 je... org baca pun dah terliur tawww..... pastu staff plak tak ditrain psl menu

bwk2 la tgk restoren impossible ka....

teruknya permohonan maaf tu..memang macam menyindir.
aku sebagai orang yang neutral- tak pernah nak amik tau pasal fizo,mawar or tudung faridah terus jadi meluat dan tak hingin nak makan kat restoran dia.
belajar la jadi humble sikit.cuba contohi CEO company susu farm fresh yang surat reply dia jadi viral last year tu.
sangat merendah diri,akui kesilapan dan takde lak nak cakap cina kena tolong cina meniaga (CEO tu cina dan customer yang complaint susu basi tu pun cina).

Idok la terok beno review nye pon .. yg nk sentap sgt ngape..
ingat kan dicaci makinye restoren tu.. terok lg komen2 forumer cari.. accept pastu improve kan sng..
yg ak x paham nape dok seploh kali nk ulang yg dia dah bg punca pendapatan pd 30 org.. statement cam ahmad maslan sgt..

kekdahnya semua org tau ek email or nomor telpon ko pizo? ntah2 masuk spam or junk je klu email. klu tepon pun ntah ko layan ka dak panggilan dri strangers. In the end tekubur begitu sajork kan?

Haah ada gak aku baca ritu time ads dorg kluar kt feed. Seronok lak tgk admin die leh bergurau senda xde nk sentap2 kene maki.

Btw aku rasa yg wat permohonan maaf tu si mawar. Dlu pn ada org speku admin yg jaga page fareeda tu si mawar..org komplen die reply mcm babi. Mmg fail.

Aku baca review budak tu mcm sembang2 kat coffeshop je..standard laa bahasa blogger gaya bercerita..xkan pulak nak review mcm nak explain psl angkasa kena bahasa serius. Budak tu pon da ckp ni experience dia, mgkin org lain berbeza..da kalo xleh ditegur mcm tu la kot..sentap manjang

memang tak sedap pun. baru makan kelmarin. nak buat nasi kukus ala ala kak Wok. dengan harga rm8.90,dapat sambal yang oily dan tak pedas, service lambat (datang weekday pukul 3 pm)  even 3 meja je occupy. tak berbaloi

Makin hari makin poyo fizo ni. Review dia bagi aku biasa je takdelah menghentam sgt. Siap bagitau tujuan dia utk Fizo & Mawar tingkatkan lagi service kat restaurant tu. Sentap lelebih pehal?
