pandai ny ekorang buat kek...sy baru nk belajar tp x start2 lg..gi kedai jual brg2 buatt kek..igt nk try tiramisu..skali tgk bahan2..aiseh btol2 x paham...

* cream cheese philadelphia .... tgk kedai tu xde jual kecik...mahal pula...takut buat x jadi...trus mati angan2 nk blajar buat...huhu

try jap.. ini namanya soft cotton japanese cheesecake.. aritu gona loyang biase jek.. takde yg springform ape sume.. mase mula2 tu ok je naik.. pastu bile bwk kluar dr oven, lama2 dia turun plak.. terlupa yg cheesecake biasany org biar dlm oven aje kan.. tapi.. sedap gak

   Kek Lapis Cheese Persona

Bahan2: (Saiz 9x9)

A:
  • 2 bungkus biskut marie perisa coklat-lebih kurang 600 g (ryo guna jenama LEE)
  • 500 ml susu segar,dipanaskan
B:
  • 500 g cheese cream (Philadelpia/Tartura)
  • 10 ml susu segar
  • 1/2 cawan gula halus

Caranya :

  • Satukan cheese dan gula halus,pukul sebati
  • Masukkan susu segar sedikit demi sedikit,jangan sampai adunan terlalu cair
  • Pukul lagi hingga kembang dan sebati,ketepikan
  • Sediakan bekas yang di alaskan terlebih dahulu dengan plastik/kertas minyak/baking paper.
  • Panaskan susu segar,padamkan api.
  • Ambil sekeping2 biskut dan celup ke dalam susu (suam2 panas)..terus susun dalam bekas..(Celup 1 saat je taw)
  • Pastu sapukan adunan cheese di atasnya,ratakan
  • Ulang proses melapis biskut,kemudian sapukan lagi adunan cheese tadi
  • Ulang proses melapis hingga habis,biarkan lapisan cheese di atas sebagai lapisan terakhir.
  • Kemudian,kisar baki biskut yang ada,taburkan dengan cara menapis serbuk biskut tu dia atas lapisan cheese.(Kalau pakai jenama LEE,boleh ramas2kan je dalam penapis tu..jadi serbuk lah ia..)
  • Tekan2 sikit permukaan tu..masukan dalam peti sejuk,biarkan selama 6 jam sebelum dipotong.

Mizz tgh bakar walnut cheesecake kat dalam oven nun..semerbak je harum nye sbb masukkan sikit vanilla essence dalam cheese tadi

Mizz buat ikut resipi ni, tp derhaka nya tu byk jugak ler.. Hehehe.. Contohnya tak guna maple leaf cookies tu, tak guna maple syrup, ans instead guna honey sikit dlm cream cheese blend, then rasanya memang takkan drizzle anything atas cake tu nanti bila dah siap. Could be messy. Nak bawak ke opis esok mendalah tu

Ingredients

16 CHRISTIE Maple Leaf Cookies, finely crushed
30 g finely chopped walnuts
75 g butter, melted
3 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
180 ml maple syrup, divided
3 eggs
15 g walnut pieces
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine crushed cookies, finely chopped walnuts and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the maple syrup in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition. Pour over crust.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup maple syrup just before serving. Sprinkle with walnut pieces. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
