iols pun geram jugak...kita cakap kita dah ada dia nak srh kita ambik lagi?ape die igt iols ni byk duit sgt nak ambik byk2?bila iols cakap takpelah dah ada..die kata 'takpelah kak, akk dengar je dulu..tak nak ambik pun takpe' tapi hujung2 die srh jugak kita ambik.....ada sekali tu iols dah bengang iols termerepek sikit....tapi sunlife ok ke?

Citenya dulu2 me tersangatlah hantu coffee. Non stop minum coffee pagi sampai malam. Segala jenis coffee me minun. Everyday mcm tu and selama me hantu coffee tu selama itu jugaklah me suffered insomnia. Few years back barulah me ckp dgn Dr yang me non stop minum coffee. So Dr pun ckp no u cannot drink too much coffee. Not good for my stomach. Then me tobat ler minum coffee and terus me minum tea. From tea terus me minum green tea saje sudahnya. Macam tu juga minum dari pagi sampai malam every single day. So me ada problem dgn period me. Jumpa Dr again kena marahlah. Me cannot be too extreme katanya. Nak makan ke nak minum apa2 pun kena moderate. So me ikutlah ckp Dr and me pun start jua ler buat research and what not. Consult Dr and what not. FYI, green tea ni dia boleh reduce absorption of iron from food. Sebab tu masa period kalau boleh jangan minum. Sbb masa period banyak iron yang akan keluar dari tubuh kita. Okeh .... sekian cite kaka bed untuk hari ini. Nak minum boleh but jangan too extreme yeah

iols pun byk kali kena. acah2 terpilih la bla3..saje nak bg kite rase dihargai giteeeewww... licik tauuuu mo theols ni. masa call iols..iols ckp nnt nk kena tya suami dulu.. heols ckp..ok xpe akak setuju je dulu..nnt2 baru tya suami.. n heols yaqiennnn heols ckp suami iols gerenti setuju... apoooo...pdhal iols ckp iols dh ade 2 ins.. xperlu nk tambah. heols ckp ins iols tu cover tak tgn kena pisau tgh potong sayur? apoooooo...
hahhaa..adooiii ot sgt niiii... eh tp bam tah lun pandai kan heols amik ins jugak n even utk parents heols...
