kluada, bole kongsi tak?makacih

resepinya

cream cheese frosting
250gm cream cheese
50gm mentega
150gm gula icing
esen lemon 1 sudu teh
1 buku keju cheddar kraft/anchor-parut

1.putar cream cheese dan mentega hingga kembang kemudian masukkan gula icing.putar lagi hingga gula halus (klu rasa dgn  jari =licin).

2.Potong kan kek sponge jadi 2..sapu creamcheese frosting kemudian tangkupkan semula..baki cream cheese salutkan pada keseluruhan kek.kemudian taburkan parutan keju cheddar.Sejukkan sebentar pstu baru potong.

Nota= kek sponge boleh boh apa shj perisa yg dikehendaki.





Kek Sponge Choc.

250g sponge

5 bj telur

50g air

50g minyak/butter cair

1st ovalette

vanila esen


Cara

Masukkan semua bahan dlm bekas kecuali minyak.

Pukul hingga gebu

Masukkan minyak, kaup balik sahaja.

Bakar hingga masak dengan suhu 170C selama 30-35’  ikut oven masing2.

Nak tanye...tiramisu kek ni memang lembik ke die punya cheese...bukan macam keras aiskrim erk....walau taruk dalm fridge still lembik.

kek saya tu tak gebu

rasa sedap..tapi tak gebu..rasa macam makan bingka ( tak tau nak cakap camana)

Assalam kawan2,

ermm tumpang tanya boleh?  ada tak sapa2 yg tahu resepi BEST EVER CHEESECAKE - Water_lily, sebab saya selak kat depan2 tu, yang nampak cuma tajuknya sahaja, tapi resepinya tak ada....ada tak sapa2 yang baik hati nak kongsikan semula resepi tu..?

Sebenarnya dulu saya pernah buat, tapi malangnya buku resepi yg saya pernah salin tu hilang pulak....

CHESEECAKE BEST EVER
• Sebungkus biskut Oatmeal Jacobs - hancurkan, gaul dgn butter utk base.
• 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
• 50g mentega tanpa garam
• 130g gula halus / castor
• 4 biji telur -asingkan kuning dan putih
• ½ tsp serbuk tartar
• 150ml plain yogurt – saya guna brand Marigold
• 2 sudu besar jus limau nipis
• 2 tbs cornflour
• ½ cawan whipping cream

Cara-cara

1. Untuk base.
Hancurkan biskut dan gaul dgn enough butter utk jadikan base cheesecake. Yg suka rasa lebih manis bolehla gaul sekali dgn 2tbs gula castor. Tekan dan ratakan dlm loyang pie. Sejukkan dlm freezer selama 10-15 minit.

Untuk adunan kek.
2. Pukul cheese dan mentega sehingga kembang dan masukkan separuh gula dan pukul lagi
3. Masukkan kuning telur sebiji demi sebiji, serbuk tartar diikuti dengan yogurt dan jus limau nipis
4. Masukkan pula cornflour dan gaul sehingga sebati .
5. campurkan whipping cream. Kacau sebati
6. Dalam mangkuk lain pukul telur putih dan gula yang separuh lagi sehingga kembang dan stiff.
7. Masukkan adunan telur putih ke dalam adunan pertama tadi. Kaup balikkan hingga adunan sebati.
8.Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang yg ada base tadi. Bakar pada suhu 160 degree selama 50-60 minit dgn kaedah waterbath.
9. Setelah masak alihkan air panas tetapi tinggalkan loyang berisi kek utk menyejuk dlm ketuhar yg terbuka sedikit selama lebih kurang 1 jam. Kemudian boleh la disejukkan diluar. 10. Bila dah betul2 sejuk, masukkan ke dlm petisejuk selama 4-5 jam utk rasa cheesecake yg lebih enak.

P/S: credit to water_lily for this recipe... aku mmg ikut sebiji2, siap yogurt bli brand sama gak hahaha cuma biskut oatmeal tu jek yg aku bli advanced sket...oatmeal peach...so base tuh rase peach2 la..

Pumpkin Cheesecake

Original recipe makes 1 - 9x13 inch baking dish

Ingredient
2/3 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (10 ounce) package cinnamon chips
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
3 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pat the cookie dough int
o a 9x13 inch baking dish to cover the bottom, and sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon chips. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned, 12 to 14 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth with an electric mixer. Beat in the pumpkin until combined, then beat in the eggs until the mixture is smooth. Pour into the baking dish, and return to the oven. Continue baking until the center of the mixture has set, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool the baking dish on a wire rack to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold, about 4 hours. Cut into 18 squares to serve.

yang ni pulak oreo ciskek untuk kawan opis....

cantiknya kek...atas tu crushed oreo ke? saya pnh buat tiramisu, atas tu tabur cocoa powder, tapi nak tulis ngan buttercream, takleh tulis....tulisan tu takmo lekat kat cocoa powder tu...pernah tak jadi camtu?
