  zana ~acik tak kire le baper liter air minum...main taler je kat air mulut ni kalu kat opis, kekadang byk le jugak tapi taim bz kat opis lupe gak minum air.  balik umah smbung minum le dlm 2 liter sepanjang mlm tu..tapi sll 1 jam sebelum tido acik tak minum dah air....heheheh

Tak diet tu, intan bedal je lar apa2 nak makan....
Mula2 makan softfea tu dah tak makan nasik. (ikut acik)
Tapi waktu tak diet tu, tghr dah makan nasik, boleh lak malam tu makan mee ker....
Pastu ada gak termakan pizza walaupun tenghari tu dah makan laksa....

  back to diet routine semula lah yer...hehehehe
  kene set kan kat minda juga.. mcm intan tak mkn nasi tu kan dok set kat kepala .. lama2 terbiasa kan..
  
tak pe, leh diet semula..ikut menu yg zura pnh bagi tu pun ok gak... acik tgh cube dok follow low carb tu tapi tak ikut 100% sgt... pelbagaikan juga le..janji kalori yg masuk tak melebihi sgt.....

kdg2 kantoi le juga mkn yg berat2 :@ ... tapi sgt berterima kasih dgn OREN ni sbb berat camne mknnan tu otomatik terbehenti dgn sendiri dan tak leh nk mkn byk.. ...pastu ape lagi..buat2 le keje2 yg mengeluarkan peluh... jenjalan sana sini...lagi cepat proses pmbuangan..

Kekadang dah elok jer diet pagi2 tu, tetiba petang kantoi plak...
Mcm ada satu hari tu, dah elok makan laksa tghr tu, konon mlm kang nak makan biskut atau roti jer,
tetiba ada plak panggilan maut soh gi jamuan. Adusss... hilang diet aku....
Tak tahan godaan tengok pizza tu....
Tapi intan still kurangkan potion makan gak. Kalo dulu 2 keping pizza tp hari tu makan sekeping je...
Buat ilangkan ngidam....huhhhhuuhuh...

Ni baru lar nak diet balik nih...

hmmmm...meh org cite sikit cara org makan tuk diet lepas bersalin aritu...low carb diet le niii....

pagi: g bungkus telur mata...makan dengan sambal nasi lemak...minum air milo satu sudu milo bancuh ngan se-mug air....memang lah tawar...masalahnya 2 atau 3 sudu milo tu..ada 14g carbo...

tghr: tak ambik nasi tapi ambik seketul telur dadar...berlaukkan ayam goreng ke..sayur ke..daging ke..pastu letak kuah asam pedas..slalu elakkan kuah bersantan..

mlm: masak le apa2 tapi memang tak sentuh nasi lee...

sehari memang tak akan minum air manis langsung...

sy buat camni selama 2 minggu berturut...tapi sabtu dan ahad memang langgar pantang coz byk meeting politik...kalau x makan...rugi ooo ....

pastu seminggu rehat diet...makan cam biasa...pastu sambung balik diet 2 minggu...

TT nak tanya.. cam zana ne hari2 ambik 1 cwn nescafe 3in1 pg n 1 cwn milo 3in1 during lunch hour.. maklum laa senang kan kt ofis nie elok ke.. sebab kalau nak ikut hari2 tu je air manis yg zana minum.. lain semua air kosong je..

kekadang bila berat tu naik 0.5 kilo...sy akan puasa selama 5 hari berturut2 (hari bekerja la tapi ) ...tak sahur cuma minum air jee...kekadang tu curi gak makan chocolate...then waktu berbuka tak makan nasi...buat cenggini selama 5 hari...hari jumaat kalu timbang...CONFIRM turun 2 kilo...
