what's the train station to stop?
i baca, ada yang tulis Lucerne, ada yang Engelberg...

me!
nak gi mt titlis.. kena stop kat lucern. from lucern train station amik train ke engelberg. then from engelberg train station, kat situ ada kaunter beli tiket bas n naik bas ke cable car utk naik ke mt titlis
mt titlis n jungfrau ada keistimewaan masing2.. aiols un tak tahu nak cakap yg mana satu best mana satu tak.. dua2 best.. tapi iols prefer jungfrau sebab ianya top of the europe gitu.. |

if you have the chance to repeat either mt titlis or jungfrauch, u pilih jungfrau ker? in terms of cost, which is costly?
kalau nak ke jungfrau mana train dia nak stop?
in both location, memang ada tendency untuk susah nafas ker? |

cost i tak berapa ingat.. tapi jungfrau lagi mahal dr mt titlis.. n for train tambang i use swiss pass so covered .. cuma i have to bayar extra for cable car (naik titlis) n cogwheel train (naik jungfrau).. nak naik jungfrau tambang mahal - cogwheel train around 120CHF rasanya..
if i have the chance n money i nak naik dua2 lagi skali..  .. tp of course i pilih jungfrau kalau kena pilih 1 je.. train stop kat klein shneidegg sblum board cogwheel train naik jungfrau..
naik titlis tak sesak nafas sgt, seingat i mcm tak sakit langsung.. tp nik jungfrau yg sesak nafas.. |

ok... nak tanya lagi, tujuan i nak naik antara 2 mt ni sebab nak main salji...

titlis n jungfrau ada snow sepanjang tahun.. tapi takde la setebal masa winter ...
yeap kalau tak berani nak rasa sesak nafas kat jungfrau, lebih baik jgn naik.. sebab kat jungfrau takut u panic bila udara makin nipis.. bila u panic u tak dapat nak bernafas dengan betul, tu yang bole pitam n pengsan tu.. |

yup, i penah kena panic attack once... suddenly my whole world nampak gelap, sesak nafas...sebab tu i'm thinking of going to Mt Titlis instead...

I have h/o childhood asthma. Attack free more than 10 years.
Masa kat atas tu i dont panic initially. Its just that i felt sudden bouts of headache and dizziness. And sob. After that i fainted. I looked up and it maybe a case of acute mountain sicknesd syndrome. Usually occurs at 3000 mtrs height.
Masa kat atas tu, the paramedic checked my spo2 and heart rate. And give me some o2. Spo2 about 92 the highest and my heart rate was bradycardic around 46 to 48 bpm. My husband terus bawa turun on the next few mins. Masa nak turun tu buka blk o2 mask dah start rasa balik mcm nak pitam. I mmg dah try inhale exhale deeply and slowly. It was awful really. But nevertheless i now know my body limits. |

anyway, i;ve changed my itenary. most prolly pergi Mt Titlis instead...

agak2 berapa jam/ lama is enough to spend kat Mt Titlis tu if i tak ski?
nak bajet time untuk naik train ker zurich... or, i tak payah book the tix awal2... just beli when i'm done with Mt Titlis? thank you |

kalau nak ke titlis jalan sendiri2 ikut direction yang mes kasi..
i dont hv enought time there sebab tu i pilih tour, so kalau ikut tour, i naik bus jer from zurich sampai ke engelberg, dari engelberg ada cable car station untuk naik ke titlis.. tapi if u hv enough time, may be u nak explore sendiri, naik train pun best boleh enjoy the scenery kan..  |

kalau tak main ski.. setengah jam kat atas tu pun dah cukup hehe.. setakat nak ambik gambo aje kan n tak ski.. perjalanan amik masa dalam 2 jam dari lucern.. approximately 1.5 hour train journey lucern -> engelberg, then cable car engelberg -> mt titlis dalam 30 mins.. nak balik zurich tak payah beli tiket awal2 pun takpe... beli on the spot sudeh.. ada banyak train trip lucern -> zurich dalam sehari.. kenapa cn7 nak beli tiket, tak guna swiss pass ya? |

mes, kat nordsee tu ada ikan cod tak? somehow craving nak makan grilled cod fish... try makan kat manhattan fish market, tak sesedap the one i had in lisbon...
i pernah baca somewhere, roi kat swiss generally keras ek? and when you're there, must try this particular milk.... tapi i tak ingat brand dia... orang kata famous kat sana...

from mt titlis.. kena turun balik dari engelberg to lucern.. then lucern to zurich ada frequent train trip.. engelberg tu mcm dah kat kaki gunung so takde connection to zurich.. lucern is the main train station that can bring u anywhere, ie to zurich or interlaken..
yupp souvenior agak mahal la.. ye la fridge magnet biasa2 pun dah CHF7 satu.. apatah lagi benda2 lain mcm pisau swiss, tshirt, jam tangan etc2 |

.. kalau i tahu mesti i singgah dah sebab 2 kali lepak kat zurich station, masa sampai swiss n masa nak balik.. dah la selain seafood ada jual nasik kat nordsee... lapar nasik woh kat sana
