btw ai suka channel2 nih, very soothing and motivational. Dari sudut pandangan pakar terapi yg juga pernah mengalami depression dan anxiety.

Hey u...Hhmm not so good. 2 be honest masa i mula2 bukak thread ni i x tau nak bg tajuk ape..

Honestly i nk story je some stuff kat my ADHD thread..kalau u minat bleh je masuk sana.

Just sekadar luahan today morning susah nk bgn dari katil, bangkit je cepat2 mandi, mkn bfast, mkn ubat, do washing, then sat depan laptop, then thinking nk buat ape yea hari ni? Otak blank. Dah buat to do list tp x bother nk tgk. Ttiber slowly rs ngantuk gile x bleh bukak mata. Otak yg tdo tdo dulu mata belum pejam. Then terlelap jap.

That was my like my wake me up b4 u gogo morning ritual .

I woke up again looking like this.


I was like hello world here i come

Take it easy, dear. Ai pun kekadang rasa malas nak bangun, rasa kosong dan unmotivated. Tp tu la, kuatkan semangat dan bykkan bergerak. Yg tak bestnya ubat pulak soh ai mengantuk

Oh nanti ai join thread ADHD... ai tak tahu nak share apa sbb ai lebih faham dan relate dgn depression and anxiety, tu yg masuk thread nih - bulan lepas ai di diagnosed oleh doktor menghidap anxiety dan moderate depression. thanks manja sbb buka thread nih utk kongsi kisah dan support each other

i was a bit terkejut. I thought nk ignore je u ahahah..

Ntah la..even kat dunia maya ni pun still ade shy2 cat nk story psl ni.

Anyway, welcome ..i thought of changing the tajuk to Support for Depression & Anxiety. Better then Advice. I rs mcm Advice tu annoying pulak

U gi hospital mana u? Moderate depression tu mcm mana?

ai pegi check kat salah sebuah klinik psikiatri swasta kat swk ni. ai pun baru tahu depression nih ada peringkat2 - mild, moderate dan severe.

mula2 ai kena panic attack pastuh ai punya brain terus rasa mcm messed up sgt. Berminggu2 sampai ai sendiri ambik keputusan nak dptkan bantuan profesional.


Ntah la..even kat dunia maya ni pun still ade shy2 cat nk story psl ni.

mungkin ada yg malu nak share, mungkin juga takmo meraih simpati atau dianggap attention seeking.


Bg ai mental illness tak sepatutnya jd isu taboo,
sama mcm penyakit fizikal, penyakit gangguan perasaan juga perlu jumpa doktor dan dibincang dgn minda yg terbuka.

Hhhmm, u know what i pun baru 1st time kena panic attack last year. Bile jumpe Dr kata panic attack. I was denial. Even sampai skrg...

Mcm2 la kan u? Rs nk lari je dari semua ni.

Yes2 i agree elok la bincang2, buat sessi luahan. Kalau memendam rs je x healthy.

Bintulu. Yup, masa ai kena panic attack tu takda trigger apa2, tetiba jah. ai ingat kena heart attack ke apa. Sejak hari tu ai rasa gelisah, takut... mcm ada org/lembaga hitam kat belakang ai. Baca berita pun boleh buat ai rasa berdebar2. Nak buat benda yg ai minat pun takda semangat.
Ai pulak indenial bila doc kata ai ada anxiety dan depression, masa ai gi klinik ai expect dia akan cakap "oh... you ada stress. ini temporary saja." Balik rumah ai nangis, kenapalah ai kena penyakit mcm nih. tp skang ai dah bole terima, makan ubat dan rasa okay sket.
Yup, kalau ada support dan sesi luahan mcm thread2 yg you buka dlm bod nih, kalau tak membantu at least boleh mengurangkan tekanan. Tak join pun takpe, tp mungkin bole jd SR dan tengok bideo atau motivational quotes yg di share kat sini

I understand u. I pun rs trauma lepas tu. For me even b4 the anxiety attack otak i mmg dysfunctional. So b4 & after xde beza pun.

Yaa. It takes time nk hadam semua ni. It took me a long time too. It was hard.

U ade share dgn sape2 x besides your Dr? For me most f ttime i keep to myself. Or talk to y caunsellor.

ai selalunya luahkan masalah ai dgn hubby dan adik ai. mak ai pulak selaku org tua tak tahu hal ehwal penyakit mcm nih just bg support.
anxiety nih paling ai menyampah buatkan ai overthinking, sampai bg ai irrational fears. ai pernah terbaca pakar bg tahu 'anxiety is a liar', jgn biar dia overpower ko punya fikiran. Give it a name. So ai bg nama overthinking ai tuh "Karen". So setiap kali otak ai start nak fikir benda pelik2, ai cakap "Blah la Karen! I don't need you!" gituuhh

Bgs la u ade good support system. For me mmg i rs sgt x selesa. Tu yg simpan je sampai jd pearl yg i akan hadiahkan pd my therapist.

Yaa. Siap ade name tu. What should i call mine? Setahu i nk keep it less stressful berawan dgn anxiety ni. cakap elok2. I just don't have t energy nk marah. Don't know about u, but for me my ADHD, D & A ni sgt meletihkan.My ADHD buat i cepat sentap. Sometimes the smallest thing bleh buat i loose it!  So my energy level tu mmg x secergas yg sepatutnya eversince zaman skolah dulu. Mmg meletihkan otak so akan terkesan pd fizikal. Well3...i was thinking misteri selama ni akhirnya terungkai.
Pernah skali tu my anxiety got t best of me. Takut potong2 masa masak terkena jari cause b4 mak i terkena. Tp die relax je la. Yg anxietynye i. So last2 i guna butter knife je nak potong sayur ke buah...Few days dah lepas i lupe dah psl ni back to normalcy.

Mmg my Dr pun suruh try breathing method mcm ni. Same as my perawat. Tp perawat kata bile tarik nafas tu selawat then lepas. When i kena panic tu kan i buat mcm gini. Serius mmg beza sgt time selawat2 relax2 dgn masa kena panic attack. I was holding on to my selawat for dear life. Lebih kurang mcm tu la rasanye.

Owh yaa..bile rs nak reflux ke mmg try deep breathing ni. 1 of the ways to cope ngan asid tu. I siap tampal kat meja lg. Pelupakan. Especially kalau tergabra . Agak mmbantu la.

kesian kat you. Ai yg setakat D&A pun rasa penat, emotionally and mentally drained, apatah lg you ditambah dgn ADHD... lg la berganda2 seksanya.

Ha'ah... ai siap save dlm IG. Tu pun kekadang bole terlupa bila perasaan anxiety datang.
Time tido ai pakai selimut tebal dan berat - sbb ada calming effect to your nervous system and reducing anxiety and stress.
