KENTANG PRETEL KUNYIT apa yang ada digunakan..dan home made capati

Today i nak bagi simple resepi... btw yg uli capati tu mak I la.. cuma kuahnya capati tu Kentang Pretel Kunyit... very simple utk dibuat...I buat.

Bahan bahan

Kentang 5-6 biji
Bawang besar - 2biji
Cili Kering hiris like 3 keping tu
Biji sawi (talepu) satu sudu kecil
daun kari 3-4 helai
Serbuk kunyit satu sudu besar
Secubit Garam
Minyak satu senduk utk tumisan

Cara

Hiris besar besar bawang tu memanjang pastu Cili kering tu pun hiris memanjang then.. serbuk kunyit di bancuh air like semangkuk kecil. Boleh agak agak... Tumis kesemua tu.. then masukkan kentang dan 2 gelas air. (Usually masa u all potong kentang tu and dipotong cubes ok, rendam dgn air sekali supaya x lebam. Then tuang kan sekali dlm periuk.. but if so make sure kentang dah dibasuh.)

Then letak semua, api kecil and tunggu kentang empuk.. dan... walla siap!
