Salam,

aku pnya motorola E680i xleh on lepas aku install theme baru. aku install theme lain ok aje. satu theme je sangkut. berat sngt loading masa on dia hang. apa aku nak buat ? nak format xleh sbb xleh onn. dia hang masa kat loading.

aku install kat memori phone melalui memori kad.   nak nangis dah nie. xleh call aweks, mak , bapak, kengkawan   aku dah try remove MMC, tp xjd ape pun.

buat masa ni, aku bukan xnak gi repair. tp transpoer pun xda. payah nak citer kehidupan aku neh. ...... huhuhu...... dah le tempat aku susah nak dapat transport.

Cuba method ni ;

Keluarkan battery dam memory card dan biar seketika... Lepas tu masukkan battery balik and charge the phone.. dulu phone saya jadi camtu gak...lepas keluar battery, ok pulak..

Kalau tak boleh juga cuba yang ni : Ni aku petik dari satu board. Kalau takleh juga, kena bawa gi kedai.

1) Power Off phone
2) Press n hold the following 3 keys :
Volume lower key(side bottom left) +
Camera Key (side top right) +
Power on/off button (front bottom right)
3) U will see some sort like windows "Blue screen" or BSOD like appearing:

????????reset ??
??????????????
??????????????????
????start reflash code?

4) Note: u muz see the "start reflash code" before doing step 5, else keep repeating the same procedures till u see it
5) wait for 1 min ( sometimes longer than 1 min) , power off... restart...
6) Everything should be back to normal, u may still have your contacts lists n messages intact.. u only lose the manual installed programs
7) Once u get to step 6, i suggest u do a sync with your PC to "save" the contact lists....n then after that perform a master reset to get back to factory default, else the crash problem may come back.....


This method can be tried without any harm if ya phone really cannot work due to the failed installation n activation of custom themes...

If u try alot of times still cannot, i suggest u get it to the customer service to "flash" it....

then, aku tunggu seminit lebih. aku off dan onn balik. xjd apa apa juga. masih hang kat welcome screen. agaknya theme dia berat sngt kot. nyesal aku install theme tu.
