aku slalu dgr org kata amik lps mkn..
tapi ari tu aku dgr dr fadhilah kamsah kata kalo nk mkn buah elok mkn sblm mkn nasik.. baru vitamin tu dia mau serap... tak tau la teori ni blh pakai dak utk pil2 supplement tu.. |

kalu common supplement, normally lepas bfast. Sbb supplement tu, esp vitamin nak digunakan oleh bdn kita utk seharian. Lagipun, senang skit nak badan kita nak absorb. Cthnye, Vit.E supplement should be taken with meals since it's fat-soluble vitamin |
