Jangan jadikan project paper, research,  new technology dan theory sebagai asas untuk bukak business.

Aku telah lihat ramai yang bawak project paper tebal2 tapi akhirnya bankrupt


Business is actually simple.

Orang yang buat project paper 100 pages untuk bukak restoran moden kat pusat beli belah tak dapat bertahan kerana konsep restoran yang tidak diterima dan harga makanan yang mahal, sedangkan dalam project paper semua nampak meyakinkan dan nampak gerenti berjaya.Loan bank RM150 ribu. Belanja renovation RM80K, perbelanjaan lain RM50 dan modal tunai RM20K dan lebihan tunai disimpan sebagai backup cash flow. Dalam sehari tak sampai 10 meja orang masuk makan 燛very month rugi sebab tak boleh燾over loan bank dan nak bayar sewa pon tak cukup.燗Khirnya tutup selepas 6 bulan.


On the other side, mak cik yang tak reti buat apa2 project paper, bercadang nak jual nasi pakai van. mudah aja, buat 20 jenis lauk dan jual kat kawasan office yang susah nak cari makanan murah. Jumlah pekerja kat kawasan sekitar dianggarkan 10 ribu orang. Jual pukul 11am, pukul 2pm dah licin. Jualan sehari nasi campur at least RM1000. BUlan pertama untung RM4 ribu, bulan kedua naik RM5 ribu dan bulan berikutnya terpaksa topup lauk kerana cepat habis lauk.

itu ler pasal. research n project paper sume tuh tak menjamin kejayaan sesebuah bisnes. but still aku akui benda2 tu penting gak la. kalau tak, kompem tak akan di ajar kt uni n skolah kan...

t'tnya2, makcik tuh agak2 buat research tak  sblm start bisnes? klu dia buat, what kind of research?

Mak Cik tu bukan buat reseacrh, tapi pakai INSTINC


Proton pun ada buat research sebelum manufacture PROTON JUARA

Dalam project paper yang engineer dan consultant cerdik pandai buat, katanya bagus dan praktikal

Tapi orang tak sekolah pon tahu yang kereta itu HODOH dan TAK ADA ORANG NAK BELI

project paper , memang perlu... PERLU tau macam mana nak buat je...

teori, kalau bisnes biasa pakai 5P- product, place, packaging, price, promotion - maknanya kena ada produk/servis, place - kat mana nak jual, packaging - apa ada dalam produk/servis yg ko nak jual, price - harga yang ko nak letak, promotion - lebih kurang marketing strategy ko la... different bisnes defferent P - kalo franchise ada PARTNERSHIP, kala makanan ada PENYEDAP, retail - PEOPLE dsbnya.

lepas tu secara praktikal kena ada 20/80 practice - 20% produk yg kita jual akan bawak 80% keuntungan - dan 80% produk yg kita jual akan bawa 20% keuntungan. so make sure dalam 100% produk ko, yg mana satu kasi 20%, yg mana satu 80%. aku ambik pendekatan 20% apa yg kita tahu, 80% siapa yg kita kenal... jgn salah faham, aku tak respek org main kroni, aku more establish contact and give best service.

aliran wang tunai - kalau ada modal, alhamdullilah, kalo tak de modal - dont wori - anyway - ambik tau semua produk bank/agensi yg tawarkan kemudahan. just get them untuk reserve masa susah.

niat - pasanglah niat berniaga untuk jalan Allah... jgn terperanjat kalau dengan membetulkan niat, tuhan akan tunjukkan jalan. bila dah dapat pulangannya, belanjalah jugak untuk jalan Allah - zakat,sedekah, tolong ahli keluarga dan perkara2 yg sewaktunya...

banyak lagi aku nak share.. tapi takut orang boring nak baca.

saya setuju! kalau nak niaga tak perlu paperwork ribu2, tak perlu skima sangat, kita niaga apa yg kita fikir bolehmemberikan pulangan, hatta jualan nasi lemak tepi jalan sekalipun, yg penting kena bersih dan ikut kemampuan

study ur customer preferences....what their needs and wants...

for example.

i started corporate hamper and gift business last ramadan.sebenarnya first time.tak rancang but i have to do something yang boleh tambahkan pendapatan.dan jugak pengalaman.learn from experiences and mistakes.tak cuba tak tahu rite.

so within couple of days, come out with ideas.so many ideas.study what your competitor has offered.then bandingkan dengan produk/servis yg i akan buat. design the hamper.i make sure our design berbeza dengan pesaing2 lain.calculate cost then post the design to all my contacts.alhamdulillah order mencurah-curah dan berjaya memenuhi permintaan clients..

morale of this short story is do not hesitate to try something new.better try than never.study our customer.make right decision.use right materials and right prices.delivered on time. pamper our customer.lastly keep in touch.

khai, aku lupa siapa yg initiate kan konsep ni... tapi in most area terbukti analysisnya

cth- bila ko buat makan2, 20% of guest will eat 80% of food. sports team, 20% of player will contribute to 80% of victory

kalau in bisnes, lebih kurang macam ni:-

contact - out of 100% contact yg ko ada, 20% will contribute to ur 80% of sales bisnes, adakalanya u boleh tau siapa 20% ni, kalau u tau okay. tapi kalau tak tau, kena rajin2la buat analisa sales ko.   so kalau ko cuma ada 10 customer, hanya 2 dari mereka akan kasi ko sales. so agak2 la,kalau 2 customer ni boleh achieve ko punya sales target okaylah, kalau 2 customer hanya contribute 10k, maknanya ko kena ada 20 customer untuk 100k, dan bermakna ko kena jumpa 100 customer. do ur analysis base on 3months performance.

cth2 lain- dalam 100% staf, 20% je yg perform. dalam 100% sales, 20% margin.

in most project i will put up 20% ROI. so far it works that way.

CONCENTRATE ON AREA WHERE PRODUCE OUTSTANDING RESULT.
