To Sum Up ada 3 Jenis
Jenis 1: Cold call - Pasal no marketing skill kena la ketuk dari pintu ke pintu, jenis
yang tak efficient. Customer cuma beli sekali saja. Repeat all over again kalau nak
sales.

Jenis 2: Knowledge based - Dia buat market reseach dulu, tau siapa supplier & siapa customer,
siapa existing customer and siapa potential customer.

Ada complete market information about market price.
Bila approach targeted customers, boleh input customer about market information.
Baru lar, customer convinces & respect. Close sales pun senang.

Kalau tak tau head and tail, cuma nak push product, siapa nak beli?

Jenis 3:  Dah Tahu siapa customer and tak payah approach customers. Customers
sendiri approach dia pasal nak ada reputasi baik dalam industry.

Kalau jenis 3 memang takes time cos you kena build up your reputasi. Jenis yang
short sighted memang sukar dengan concept ini.

mula2 baca macam terbaca "CALL CARD" a.k.a. bisnes card..

berkobarlah baca - sebab selalu running out bisnes card.

tapi satu info yg bagus.

jenis 2 - tu memang "i like" sebab lepas tu bole jadi jenis 3 lak..

jenis 1 - tengok keadaan jer.

cold call from door to door macam distributing leaflet yang
majority masuk tong sampah, conversation rate kurang daripada 1%

it means you kena reject 99 kali baru dapat 1 sales, teruk and demotivating.

Cold call through phone is okay, cos you dapat gather market information & cost
phone pun murah

Assalamualaikum,

Saya sedang cuba cara 2.

Tetapi cara satu pun penting kerana cara 2 ambil masa agak lama berbanding cara 1. Tetapi banyak cara untuk save cost untuk cara 1 tu seperti melalui phone, emel, web, media dan lain-lain.

Cold calling doesn't simply mean knocking on each and every door.  Its a prelude to getting an appointment - with a potential client.  

When you cold call, you find out essential information on the client - whether your products/services are suitable for that particular client.  You might just get to speak to a secretary or PA.  But these are important link to the actual decision maker.  This is not a waste of time.
