kawan aku dari US minta tolong aku dapatkan proses serta prosidur jika dia nak bukak klinik kat m'sia...apa patut dibuat dulu....dia plan nak migrate ke malaysia bulan depan....dia mmg citizen us...

First and foremost, kawan kau tu registered medical doctor ke?

Kalau bukan, and he/she is purely businessman, so kena cari doctor yg sanggup digunakan lesennya utk buka klinik.

So, kena bayar lah doc tu, buat agreement.

Next, kena fikir siapa yg dia nak hire to work at the clinic.

I tell u (as a doc), that to set up a clinic nowadays is easy, but to run and maintain it is a totally different things.

sebab kau cakap dia US citizen, so dia kena ada registration dgn Malaysian Medical Council + Annual Practising Certificate...
Baru boleh set up own clinic.

One way is to establish your clinic with existing medical groups.

My brother is a doctor.  He has several clinics under the Mediviron group.  He's doing very well.  It was difficult in the beginning - as any other business.  But in a very short time he had built a reputation of being very good.  Patients came in droves and he had to set up a 24 hours practice.   The first clinic he set up is a 24 hours practice.  The rest close at 10.00 pm or 11 pm.  

Now he has salaried doctors and locums working at all his clinics.  He's mostly into managing and running the business side of his clinics now.
