OPEN letter to CM Sabah Musa and PM Najib

CM Sabah said: "Sabah was allocated more than RM20 billion for the current Ninth Malaysia Plan (9MP)." (see below).
CM Sabah please show us the money actually came to Sabah and if not, resign as Finance minister and Chief Minister immediately and bring UMNO Sabah back to KL.
I have written enough on this debts to Sabah as per Malaysia Agreement and Sabah is owed more than RM100 billion on top what had come to Sabah since 1963.
What has come in is not enough to sustain the extraordinary population increase in Sabah since 1980s, hence poverty is something like at least 50% (including abject ones) worsening by the weeks.
Anyone want proofs, go to my 30 Police Reports worth more than RM100b.

Prime Minister for IGGG M'sia for a better country.
Sabah CM: Fed govt has always been generous to Sabah
Written by Bernama | Tuesday, 06 April 2010 17:18
KOTA KINABALU: The federal government has always been generous to Sabah and has provided billions of allocation to spur the state's development, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said.
It was therefore important to keep this in mind when talking about petroleum royalty, he said, stressing that the federal government had done a lot to accommodate Sabah's needs over the years.
"What is important now is not only talking about (an increase in) oil royalty, but how much money the federal government has kept on pouring to Sabah in terms of development.
"We are very grateful because the federal government normally approves our requests. As far as the state government is concerned, we are very happy with the way Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has been treating us," he told reporters after launching the k@Borneo Portal on Tuesday, April 6.
The portal, which can be accessed at www.kborneo.com, is a collaborative effort of three nations, namely Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei to identify, preserve and store information materials regarding Borneo online.
Musa was asked to comment on former Finance Minister Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah's statement that it was up to the people of Sabah to call on the state government to re-negotiate the oil royalty, which is currently at 5%, with the federal government and Petronas.
Musa said Sabah received billions of funding for every Malaysia Plan, and also through Sabah Development Corridor (SDC) projects and injection of funds under the economic stimulus package.
"It's not a matter of pursuing (the increase of oil royalty), it is our money.
"But even if they (federal government) decide not to increase the percentage, they have given more money to the state; so, it's the same," he said, adding that Sabah was allocated more than RM20 billion for the current Ninth Malaysia Plan (9MP). -- Bernama

We are sadly in a 'slave' mentality and unless we do something now the worst is yet to emerge.
Like Labuan with so much money gone in on paper as claimed and yet the water issue is never resolved for decades...how can the industries survive there if water is lacking? |

update on water issues in Labuan...
RM365 million will be spent to build water pipeline from Beaufort to Labuan..
it's expected to finish by the end of this year..
but..nobody knows whether the building process has been started or not...
no signs at all... |

So like the road from Keningau to Tawau, it was hijacked by Peninsula company
and became an unsealed road of RM563m.
So who have siphoned off this pipeline to Labuan? |
