Resipi ni ada dlm nota resipi RM10 yg saya tawarkan utk dijual tu.....
tp terus terang lah,kalau ada pelanggan nk tempah resipi ni saya liat sgt nk terima..kkadang bg dalih tempahan penuh la......

kalo nak style ori - salai nih smoke sebenarnya - pakai arang, wat kat luar rumah - macam bakar jugak tapi jauh lagi dari api.  Nih boleh berjam2 nak wat.

kalo style moden ala i punyer (tak aci punyer cara).....mula2 daging rebus dulu, pastuh slice besar sket, pegang guna thong kat api gas  tuh......., kalo rajin, letak sikit arang dekat api tuh, kasi ler 'smoke' skit sampai puas hati, pastuh tumbuk sekali dua, smoke sekejap lagi....pastuh ready for gulai

biasa saya potong kecik2, bakar je dlm oven...pastu tumbuk sekali dua...bila dh masuk dlm gulai tu masak lama sket smpi lembut daging

akak kalau malas, kkg bakar jer dalam oven
kalau rajin, guna arang ( arang jenis arang batu-takdak api)
daging lepas cuci, lumur dgn garam dan kunyit
baru bakar/salai/grill
dah bakar/salai/grill baru lah  hiris daging nipis2 utk buat gulai
peh campur pucuk ubi ke, belimbing buluh ke, rebung ke..............yummy

Saya pulak buat style shortcut je.. beli menda ni satu:

daging tu, taruk kunyit ngan garam (macam nak goreng ikan), lepas tu i letak kat atas stove. Tapi api kena perlahan ... kalau tak nanti dia hangus kat luar tapi dalam tak masak sangat. Saya pulak, takde ketuk2 dulu. Bila beli tu, cuma potong kasi leper sikit je la, supaya serata bakar

kat pasar tani area N9, byk benda salai.

puyuh, ayam, ikan, daging.

so most times aku beli jek. mmg short cut gila. hehehe.

aku suka masak w belimbing buluh, terung kampung or daun asam gelugur.

now ada satu daging salai dlm fridge, ingat nak masak semalam, but serai tak de lak. hmm.. since tak de barang dari kg, gulai tu aku letak ubi kentang aje la.
