Pelembut daging

Semasa kat kedai tadi terjumpa satu bahan iaitu 'pelembut daging'.Ia berupa serbuk putih.Saya terus beli & lupa nk tanya camne nk gunakannya.So nk minta pendapat kawan2 kat sini,
serbuk tu kita guna utk perap sekejap je ke(then basuh balik) atau dimasukkan masa kita tengah memasak daging tersebut.
harap dpt respon ASAP.....nak raya kan!!!!

Aku just guba Panadol biasa aja  utk lembutkan daging..memang lembut..utk 1 kg guna la 2 butir panadol..yg biasa tau, bukan yg activfast tu atau panadol utk sengugut tu.....

citric acid.. perap...

boleh guna lemon juice or jus nenas utk lembutkan daging.

San tak pernah pakai pelembut pun. apa yang penting, masa potong daging tu, pastikan ianya melintang urat, bukan ikut urat. Bila potong camni, masak sekejap pun daging tu jadi lembut.

sekilo daging masukkan 1/4 sudu teh b/s, klu x lembut gak, tambah sikit2..ok selamat mencuba

oh ya...nama ramuan yg tertulis kat kertas tu Sodium Tripolyphosphate.agaknya adik beradik ngan soda bikarbonat kot....yg saya nk tahu serbuk tu kena bubuh masa merebus daging atau bubuh masa memasak .....

mak saya guna garfu besi nak bagi empuk dan guna air banyak dan masak lame sikit supaya daging jadi empuk...guna panadol bahaya la untuk long term,x brani nak cuba.

...if im not mistaken...meat tenderizer nie dihasilkan daripada biji buah betik...ianya comes in 2 forms...either serbuk atau cecair...yang cecair tu aku pernah pakai...just sprinkle a few dashes over the meat and leave it for about few minits...memang lembut daging tu...tak perlu bilas atau basuh daging tu cos ianya tak affect the taste of the meat...

...ive never tried the powder version...but i guess its the same principle...just sprinkle a few dashes of it to your meat...cubalah...

huhu... baru tahu ada pelembut daging

selalu ku beli daging yg ku request nak daging yg lembut or
potong daging melintang urat...
tak tahu plak ada pelembut2 daging ni..
