Han Yi-Han (So Ji-Sub) was an elite elite surgeon. He graduated at the top of the best medical school in South Korea and he specialized in two departments: general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery. One surgery changed his life. Han Yi-Han believe he did well on that surgery, but the patient died. He then got his medical license revoked.
Four years later, Han Yi-Han works as a lawyer, specializing in medical litigation. He also tries to uncover the truth behind the death of his former patient. For his trials, Han Yi-Han defends victims and tries to punish those that commit medical malpractice and negligence. He works with a public prosecutor, who lost a family member and a lover due to the surgery Han Yi-Han performed.

okay , okay the actor is good. Tapi i suke Rain jadi cardiothoracic surgeonlah .
We are back again , watching another guy with suit ...
okay drama ni , secara general ia membawa genre medico legal kind - isu - isu macam medical ethics breaching, malpractice , yg isu saman menyaman - litigation etc gitulah yang akan jadi focus dalam genre macam ni kot.
So Dr Han Yi - Han ( Dr Han)
seorang yg very competent , passionate cardiothoracic surgeon who knows his stuffs very well, and quite naive.
dia jenis yg boleh perform complex major open heart operation. so, yes lah , i mean dia bijak tangani crisis - macam sudden raised or drop in pulmonary artery pressure yg sering mengancam nyawa pesakit yg menjalani heart transplant sebab it's very tricky bila mai tang pulmonary arterial circulation - yakni kita tahu kan masa belajar dulu distem peredaran darah kita ade dua ; 1) - sistemik circulation - yg bawa darah tinggi kandungan oksigen daripada janting kiri ke aorta dan ke seluruh badan , and 2) yakni pulmonary circulation yg bawa darah kurang oksigen dari badan ke jantung kanan , ke ventricle and then ke peparu lah kan untuk serapan oksigen dan peparu ni ade banyakkk kapilari darah halus etc yg boleh memberikan rintangan pada sistem peredaran darah dari jantung kanan ke peparu dan balik ke jantung kiri ...so ...sistem ni dia sistem pulmonari ni generally ia sistem tekanan rendah daripada jantung kiri yg kita tahu bertekanan tinggi tu - alah BP kita ambik tu ukur tekanan darah sistemik le...logik tak? logikle sebab darah yg dipam daripada jantung kiri nak ke seluruh badan kot, so kena maintain adequate perfision pressure.
anyway - dalam heart transplant kekadang peredaran darah sikit ade kacau so dia ni , Dr Yi han ni pengalman dia tinggi lah diatahu le nak buat ape gitu...kire macam panndailah set up dramakorea ni dalam genre perubatan , i mean i puji penasihat depa dalam pembikinan drama ni ...
okay , Dr Han ni dia naive dan juga baik hati dan suke menolong , dia kena naya sebab ...ade pihak yg nak naya dia, pihak tu jahat ..dia curik jantin peaskit Dr Yi Han - Seok ju - kaka Seok ju prosecutor pulak dahh..and GF Dr Han , maka bila Seok ju meninggal dan ade medical events yg dodgy sikit dan masa tu kehidupan Dr Han ti jadi kacau bilau...
so , nilah journey dia untuk bersihkan nama dia ..
best tengok dia buat hirisan buka saluran pernafasan kat Dr Ki Tae yg juga didakwa atas negligence masa awal ep 1 tu, aiyooo...hmm
sanggup dia tolong walhal Dr Ki tae tak membantu pun masa time Dr Han dibicarakan dulu kan...
so nice to this guy tetiber muncul tatkala Dr Ki Tae alami anaphylactic reaction yg obstructing his airways.
Nice ...plot really, so i would predict citer ni akan berkisar tentang method dia untuk kenakan balik Dr Gi Jing yi yg jahat tu , dan cari siape pencuri jantung Seok Jae...dan dakwa mereka, so may be lagu tu kot ...predictable but teh process of him getting his revenge tu yg nak tengok tu ...
wah banyak betul lah law based drama now -

Klu dlm drama medical, x sah klu hero tu dr kluarga yg susah / besa2.
Tp dlm cerita ni Ayah yihan pun seorg doktor pula kan.
Mesti apa yg berlaku dlu tu bkn salah Ayah yihan.
Kesian pula. Sbb benda yg sama jdi kat dia.
Lps tu, hero mmg seorg yg baik. N lps tu, dia la yg akan dikambing hitamkan klu ada sesuatu berlaku.
Lepas tu, akan ada sorg doktor yg tak berapa kompeten. Yg tu mesti la dr kluarga kaya raya aka anak kpd pengarah spital.
Yg kaya ni jgk akan jdi antagonis. Klu ada apa2 jdi, akan telepas.
Smpi la c hero kena siasat sendiri n menegakkan kebenaran.
Mesti yihan akan bersihkan nama Ayah dia n dia sekaligus nnti.
Ntah2 masa muda, pengarah spital tu pun takde la kompeten mana. Tp sbb kawin ngan org kaya, akhirnya dpt la jdi pengarah spital tu. |
