Remaja yang hilang di kawasan kebun getah di Kampung Tanjong Sejarah, Kampung Tawai, Gerik, sejak tiga hari lalu merupakan antara pelajar terbaik di maahad tahfiz tempat beliau belajar dan berjaya menghafal 30 juzuk al-Quran pada usia 14 tahun.


Bapanya Mohd Harris Muhamed, 46, berkata Muhammad Naufal Adzimi Mohd Harris, 17, yang mesra dipanggil Naufal, pada Selasa malam iaitu hari kehilangannya, sempat menjadi imam di surau kawasan rumahnya.

Beliau berkata sejak petang itu juga, Naufal berkelakuan agak pelik seperti ketawa sendirian dan mencabut kedua-dua cermin sisi motosikalnya, tanpa sebarang tujuan.


"Bagaimanapun pada tengah malam itu, Naufal gelisah untuk keluar rumah dan kira-kira 20 minit selepas itu beliau pulang semula ke rumah, sebelum difahamkan daripada jiran kampung yang melihat Naufal memecut motosikal dengan laju keluar dari rumah kira-kira 2 pagi," katanya kepada Bernama ketika ditemui di lokasi mencari dan menyelamat (SAR) calon Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) itu di sini hari ini.


Turut serta dalam SAR itu, ibu Naufal, Rilawati Abdul Rani, 43.


Mohd Harris berkata kali terakhir beliau melihat Naufal ialah selepas 12 tengah malam dan selepas kehilangannya itu beliau mengajak beberapa orang penduduk mencari Naufal, sebelum membuat laporan polis apabila anaknya itu tidak pulang ke rumah sehingga pagi.


Bercerita lanjut, Mohd Harris berkata beberapa hari sebelum kehilangan Naufal, guru Maahad tempat beliau belajar ada menghubunginya dan mengesyorkan Naufal untuk diambil dari asrama setelah berkelakuan pelik.


"Guru berkenaan kata Naufal ada menulis di kedua-dua bahagian kertas A4 tentang luahannya berkaitan SPM yang didudukinya, serta nama rakan-rakan dan ustaz-ustaz dikenalinya.


"Bila tengok senior dia berjaya dalam SPM baru-baru ni, mungkin dia rasa sedikit tertekan. Jadi saya tengok kertas (dengan tulisan Naufal) itu. Cikgu syor saya bawa pulang dia ke rumah dan saya bersetuju," katanya.


Mohd Harris berkata ketika berada di rumah, beliau ada bertanya kepada Naufal, kenapa beliau mencabut cermin sisi motosikal dan anak kedua dari lima beradik itu memberitahu bahawa beliau terpengaruh dengan sebuah drama yang ditayangkan di televisyen.


Sementara itu, Penolong Pengarah Bahagian Operasi Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat (JBPM) Perak Sabarodzi Nor Ahmad berkata operasi pencarian diteruskan pada 9 pagi hari ini, dengan radius pencarian sekitar empat kilometer membabitkan lapan kumpulan berasingan.


Beliau berkata pasukan itu, membabitkan kekuatan 115 anggota termasuk antaranya polis, unit K9 bomba, Agensi Pertahanan Awam dan orang awam.


Pada Khamis, pihak Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat (BBP) Gerik menerima laporan berhubung kejadian seorang remaja lelaki hilang pada 1.33 pagi, dengan lokasi terakhir mangsa dilihat di sekitar Kampung Ulu Kenderong, Jalan Air Bertam pada jam 9 pagi.


Pelajar sebuah sekolah tahfiz itu dikatakan mengalami gangguan emosi, bagaimanapun tidak pulang ke rumah sehingga petang, sebelum pencarian digerakkan keluarga dan rakan mangsa.


Bagaimanapun usaha mereka hanya berhasil menemukan motosikal yang ditinggalkan mangsa dalam kawasan kebun getah sekitar pukul 6 petang.
