Orang Beraya, Influencer Ditahan Dalam Op Samseng Jalanan

Seorang pempengaruh media sosial yang juga ikon permotoran berusia 23 tahun antara 284 individu ditahan dalam Op Samseng Jalanan Operasi Motosikal di Jalan Pegawai, Alor Setar dari malam tadi hingga awal pagi ini.
Mereka ditahan dalam operasi oleh Bahagian Siasatan dan Penguatkuasaan Trafik (BSPT) Daerah Kota Setar yang bermula pukul 11 malam hingga 3 pagi tadi.
Dia yang ditahan bersama sekumpulan remaja lain dikenakan empat tindakan saman Pol 257 atas pelbagai kesalahan trafik.
Sebahagian remaja yang ditahan dalam Op Samseng Jalanan di Jalan Pegawai, Alor Setar awal pagi ini.
Terdahulu, polis mengesan aktiviti samseng jalanan melibatkan sekumpulan besar remaja bermotosikal sebelum anggota dari semua bahagian dan balai digerakkan ke lokasi.
Hasil intipan dan pemantauan hampir dua jam kemudiannya membawa kepada penahanan 284 motosikal yang mana kepungan secara menyeluruh dari setiap sudut Jalan Pegawai menyebabkan penunggang motosikal gagal meloloskan diri.
Polis turut memeriksa penonton yang berada di lokasi iaitu di kiri dan kanan jalan.
Kesemua individu yang ditahan seterusnya terpaksa menolak motosikal dari lokasi ke BSPT Kota Setar sejauh kira-kira 3 kilometer.
Mereka yang ditahan dibebaskan selepas urusan dokumentasi termasuk berkaitan saman selesai pada pagi ini.
Ketua Polis Kedah, Datuk Fisol Salleh (tiga dari kanan) bersama Ahmad Shukri (kanan) memberikan nasihat kepada sebahagian individu termasuk influencer (dua dari kanan) yang ditahan dalam Op Samseng Jalanan di Jalan Pegawai, Alor Setar, awal pagi ini.
Ketua Polis Daerah Kota Setar, Asisten Komisioner Ahmad Shukri Mat Akhir berkata, operasi tersebut dilakukan oleh 58 pegawai dan anggota polis termasuk Sukarelawan Simpanan Polis Diraja Malaysia (SSPDRM) dengan diketuai Inspektor Helmi Sauti.
Katanya, mereka yang diperiksa terdiri daripada seramai 281 lelaki dan tiga perempuan dengan 10 daripada mereka adalah remaja bawah umur yang mana lapan masih bersekolah.
“Sebanyak 194 saman dikeluarkan melibatkan 47 kesalahan tiada lesen memandu, nombor pendaftaran (40), ubah suai (25), cermin sisi (23), tidak pamer pelekat P dan L (22), aksesori (17), tiada insurans (12), cukai jalan tamat tempoh (5) dan lesen tamat tempoh (3).
“Sebanyak 50 motosikal disita di bawah Seksyen 64(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987,” katanya pada sidang akhbar di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kota Setar, di sini hari ini.
Kata beliau, kesemua yang ditahan dibebaskan sebaik proses dokumentasi dan urusan saman selesai, manakala waris bagi remaja bawah umur yang tidak mempunyai lesen dipanggil dengan saman dikeluarkan ke atas pemilik motosikal.
