Synopsis:
Beautiful freelance covert operative Mallory Kane is hired out by her handler to various global entities to perform jobs which governments can't authorize and heads of state would rather not know about. dah tengok, besh gak.. jalan citer banyak tempat sengaja dislowkan sampai boleh menambah saspen, muzik pun dislowkan time lawan sampai rase lagi rancak (tak sangka u less is more).. jalan citer klise jek tp ntah nape menghiburkan jugak.. kesah agen yg dikhianati dan di setup murder. so kene follow dia (rase macam betul2 follow dia ) cari sape kah dajal tu.. bagi 3.5/5 la..
Tgk citer nie kelmarin. Hari Ahad di East Coast Mall, Kuantan - rasanya tak sampai 20 org kot dlm panggung....org lain pakat tgk Azura maybe....?
Memula start, konfius - rasa macam kat tgh2 muvie, dok terfikir, budak bilik projector silap pasang muvi ke.....tapi lepas tu baru pick up. Dia switch ke different cities and different times tanpa ada caption (kan biasanya film ada '6 Days Ago' etc etc)
Mallory Kane sgt seksi......tho lakunan ada sedikit kayu. Tapi dgrnya stunts dia buat sendiri. and Sodebergh arah film nie in such a way that karakter utama tak perlu ckp byk pun.....
Suka fighting scenes dia sebab nampak real....kan kengkadang kalau tgk action muvie bajet mahal nie, adegan gaduh dia nampak koreographed sgt....tapi sini nampak macam org sebenar la bergaduh....
Scene Mallory Kane and Paul (Fassbender) undercover sebagai newly married couple sgt glam and exude old James Bond film punya feel....
tak best. cte entah pape. xpaham satu sen. except that aku tahu la die tu spy.. tgk ngan kawan2 lelaki pon diorg x paham satu menda. sbb cte ni byk flash back. seb bek kawan aku belanja tgk..kalau x ish.. menyesal aa..
filem ni menguatkan teori aku, steven soderbergh tak boleh bikin action film.
atau dia sengaja bikin Haywire as it is sebagai antithesis kepada tipikal filem aksi.
personally aku rasa plotline filem ni sangat weak.
style filem ni yang dibuat mengikut trademark soderbergh yang aku rase obses dengan 60s contemporary film style sangatlah tak sesuai dengan filem aksi...sangat anti-climax aku rase...
aku rasa tarikan filem ni hanyalah pada ensemble cast (satu lagi soderbergh punya trademark)...tapi itu pun still aku rasa kureng sebab kecuali michael douglas dan michael fassbender, yang lain tu cam hampeh...
oh yea...cakap pasal lakonan, Gia Carano tak boleh berlakon. period.
dissappointed dengan Haywire...
nasib baik aku back-to-back dengan The Grey, now that's a great movie
really annoying ending. the SALt standard tak even reach pun , poor movie plot. crappy.
harap ewan mcgregor jer and those rooftops scene - too cliche ... tak best pun ..action fine but thinking ...a little bit tapi tak cukup mantap sehebat SALT or even Bourne.
