Cara membuat jus carrot utk kesihatan.
Gunakan blender yg perah jus buah.. jgn campurkan dgn air apa..
Minum dlm keadaan perut yg kosong.

Cuba amalkan.. anda boleh terasa lebih bertenaga..

Salam..saya ada petua utk kita buat jus tapi rasa sedap xde la rasa carrot kosong..sy dah amalkan ..alhamdullillah sy yg susah makan buah ni boleh dapat vitamin dengan sesuatu yg sy suka..
