Window update tak boleh install ke notebook

As salam,
Mintak nasihat dari kawan2 kt sini.
Saya ada masalah nak install windows update. Setiap kali nak install, error "Some updates could not be installed". Dah banyak kali try tapi still x boleh install. Untuk makluman, saya guna WIN XP Profesional Version 2002 Service Pack 3.

error number ada bagi tak?
cuba ko taip "eventvwr.msc" kat run pastu tekan enter.
Pastu check windows atau system log. tgk error yg berkaitan dgn windows update |
