Berkenaan Mikrotik Router sebagai Hotspot

Assalamualaikum..

Harap2 dalam thread yg betul ye mod.. klu salah masukkan tempat yg betul.

Router mikrotik ada yg boleh setting username dan password kan? maksudnya username dan password dkat login page sblm guna wifi tu. Kira mcm wifi hotspot . perlukan server ke atau mmg dia sendiri dah install dlm router tu?

Ingat nk share internet kat rumah ni, so jiran2 yg nk pinjam wifi kita meniaga la kan..hehe..

Lagi satu, boleh control download speed ke klu guna router ni? baru nk tanya je, klu ok mmg nk beli satu router mikrotik ni.

Pasal unifi ni guna berdua dgn wife je.. elok la berbisnes sikit kan dgn jiran2

kalau pakai modem connect pulak dengan mikrotik router ada beberapa langkah antaranya..

1. Configuration position of ADSL connection
modem —Mikrotik—-Switch —– Client

Client

a. Modem IP –>> 192.168.1.1

b. Mikrotik Using 2 Interface –Ether1 —->> 192.168.1.2

- Ether1 —->> 192.168.0.254

c. Switch — Client ip192.168.0.1-253

2. Configuration step router pc mikrotik

a. add ip address to interface 1

/ip address add interface=ether1address = 192.168.1.1 netmask= 255.255.255.0

b. add ip address to interface2

/ip address add interface=ether2address = 192.168.0.1 netmask= 255.255.255.0

c. to see input of interface

/interface print

d. Set Value name off interface

/inteface set 0 name=”Public”–>> For Modem
/inteface set 1 name=”Lan” –>> For Lan

ada lagi langkah selanjutnya.. tapi dah tak ingat..

tu la, ingat nk pakai router mikrotik. Cuma nk confirm, dalam RouterOS mikrotik tu, ada function untuk create login page tu ke? jadi xperlu la nk setup byk sgt barang.. just dari sambungan modem - router mikrotik kemudian configure router login page dan create user..

betul tak idea tu? jadi wifi name broadcast dari mikrotik router tu, jenis open.. bila dah connected, dia redirect kat login page. so kat situ la nanti trace orang registered ke tak..

yang router page tu tak confirm la tapi cuba test 192.168.88.1.. tapi kalau untuk create wireless security profile
