Responsibilities
- Conduct annual job evaluations, salary benchmarking surveys and annual compensation and benefits review
- Develop, implement and administer policies and procedures that related to Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance, ESOS (executive share option scheme) and salary structure.
- To handle and monitor overall payroll process and government deduction/ contribution such as EPF, SOCSO’ HRF and Income Tax
- End to End Recruitments of all positions of a busy F & B group
- All HR and admin related correspondence such as Warning letters, offer letters, letters to suppliers etc
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Utama
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Knowledge of Payroll is an added advantage
- Survey, data analysis and report writing skills
- Able to work independently and in teams with good interpersonal and communication skills
