Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Description

• To overseeing entire warehouse operations and space planning
• To control warehouse stock & accessories to ensure 100% accuracy
• Conducting stock take for warehouse stock by weekly and monthly basis
• Involved in auditing process with Internal Auditor
• Preparing Sabah & Sarawak & Brunei outlets warehouse stock check and submission of report for Internal auditor
• To ensure warehouse health & safety activities are adhered at all times
• To ensure machinery and equipment such as forklift and pallet jack are under regular preventive maintenance
• To ensure prevailing cost such as purchasing of warehouse materials e.g plastic packaging and overtime are not exceeding monthly budget / allocation
• To ensure warehouse incoming and outgoing activities are carry out smoothly on daily basis
• To ensure stock adjustment report for stock variance are submitted to management for approval within 3 working days after stock take
  

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Holder in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Positive attitude and strong mindset
• Well organize with systematic work attitude
• Able to work under great pressure and able to maintain image of professionalism
• Strong passion to strive for excellence services
• Able to work independently, mature with analytical mind, result oriented
• A team-work player
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application / ERP / Accounting Software is an advantage
• Good communication skills and well mannered
• Cost driven and customer oriented
• Strong operations planning skills
