Atkins Diet Sesuai or Tidak utk ibu yang menyusukan anak???

Buat forumer2 sume sy nk tanye any pendapat or penjelasan utk ibu2 yang menyusukan anak adakah sesuai utk die buat atkins diet???
Sy rase sy ni dh terlalu berat skrg ni so tgh pikir2 cara nk kurangkan berat badan yg manekah sesuai utk sy sedangkan sy masih menyusukan anak yg berumur 1 thn 3 bln skrg ni...
Mane la tahu kat sini ade forumer2 yg tgh buat atkins diet yg bole membantu sy...

atkin diet high protein,
sedangkan ibu pas melahirkan n bayi perlukan zat2 makanan yg lain juga
seperti vitamin dan karbohidrat.

so, nnt x cukup zat makanan.

kuruskan badan perlahan2 x payah rushing
sebulan 1/2 - 1 kg pun dah ok
yg penting kawal pemakanan n bersenam

kalu ibu pas bersalin , rehat dulu at least 6 bulan
utk proses pemulihan dalaman.
tp stil bole jaga pemakanan

after 6 month baru leh start exercise.

kalu mkn produk kurus, sekejap turun
tp sekejap je naik balik.

Boleh..pergi fasa 3&4 terus..untuk org biasa 20gm karbon perday intake... Tuk bf mommy 160gm perday intake..

Menu kena pandai reka sndiri..kira karbo.. nasi sepinggan penuh 88gm... If nk mkn byk kali kena la ambik 1/4 pingan je.. ambik sayur hijau n protein...

Tuk fasa 4 leh ambik roti ... Kena byk study sal atkins ni... Klu salah xmenjadi

anyway now baby dh 2 thn lbh dh x menyusu so bole la buat diet supaya nk pregnant 2nd baby xde la naik badan byk sgt...

Owh klu dh xbf baby..baby pon dh 2 thn klu nk uat atkins leh je start dgn fasa 1....
