good info.. lagi bagus kalu buat exercises kt atas tu apply dlm HIIT. buat max 30 min.

not more.. 4-5 seminggu dh memadai. sbln tgk la hasilnya.. trust me..

cuma satu je... SQUAT tu jgn buat mcm kat atas tu. tak elok. just make sure peha tu paralel gn lantai. jgn lebih bwh lutut.. tak elok.. prone to injure yourself..

kawan2... plank mmg cam tu... habis ler tu.. tu la rupe plank... tp plank ada banyak yg dia tunjuk tu high plank klu x silap sy... ada gak elbow plank... plank good for abs...

senang je kan plank tu... korg cer try... tgk leh tahan ke idak... lg2 elbow plank.. nmpk senang tp perghhhhh

sy selalu wat yg elbow.. xsama mcm gmbr.. tu sy ckp dy xhbis.. trima ksih bg info yg plank nie ad byk cara....
nmpk senang buat tetapi agk tahan jgk sbb dy ikot tahap kemampuan seseorg untuk imbng bdn sndiri.. mcm sy bdn xgemuk n xkurus.
tu agak perit gk.. kalu buat pun boleh tahan dalam 1-2minit je.. tp uat berulang2.. bila selalu buat jd ok la.. hehe
jom semua kita workout utk dptkn bdn yg cntik..
