Sambal Paru

BAHAN-BAHAN:
500g paru
1/2 sudu teh air asam jawa
1/2 sudu teh gula
1/2 sudu teh garam
minyak untuk menumis



BAHAN KISAR:
100g cili merah
50g cili kering
50g bawang merah
20g bawang putih

BAHAN HIASAN:
2 biji bawang besar | dipotong bulat



CARA MEMASAK:
1. Rebus paru kemudian goreng.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar sehingga garing.
3. Kemudian, masukkan air asam jawa dan perasakan secukupnya.
4. Akhir sekali masukkan paru goreng dan bawang besar.
