 NEW YORK, March 25 — Google's Photowall app turns a television into a digital scrapbook, allowing users to post images to their TV screens and even draw beards and glasses on them. Designed to work with the company’s Chromecast HDMI streaming stick, which finally landed on European shop shelves this month, Photowall is compatible with iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch devices and could prove to be a great form of entertainment when large groups of friends of family are visiting. Photowall supports multiple users simultaneously and doesn't stop at just sharing images via a TV screen. Whole albums of images can be transferred to the big screen via a Chromecast, and the app also offers a suite of limited but fun editing options. When everyone has had their fun, the resulting photo wall can be turned into a YouTube video as a permanent digital memento that’s simple to share.
