1. Wearing Ponytails Too Often

7. Lack of Proper Conditioning

Your hair needs to be conditioned properly in order for it to be healthy and each time you wash your hair with shampoo, you also need to add a high quality and all natural conditioner to your hair. The best conditioner to use is a leave in conditioner because it stays in the hair longer and the moisture is locked in your hair, particularly at the roots.
