Sebelum MH17 berlepas dari AMS, company kena hantar Flight Plan dulu, yang mengandungi routes to follow, aircraft type n registration, endurance, total person on board, equipment carried. Bila Flight Plan tu dah approved, baru la boleh berlepas. Sekiranya route yang dipilih ada conflict atau melalui ruang udara yang tak dibenarkan oleh mana mana negara, mereka tak akan dapat clearance untuk berlepas sehingga route yang lain di rancang..

In the air, setiap controller negara negara yang di lalui bertanggung jawab untuk memberitahu pilot sekiranya ada berlaku conflict atau perubahan kepada restriction pada ruang udara masing masing. sekiranya tak selamat lagi untuk dilalui, ATC akan mengarahkan pilot untuk mengubah hala laluan atau ketinggian . Pilot tak boleh sesuka hati mengubah haluan dan ketinggian tanpa kebenaran dari ATC.

terbang di atas restricted airspace macam kat Ukraine ni adalah perkara biasa pada mana mana airline.. as long as ada Flight Plan and Clearance, its good to go.

The 298 passengers and crew aboard MH17 will have been oblivious to the horror as a shrapnel-based missile instantly shredded the doomed plane, experts claim.
The SA-11 missile - known as a Grizzly - that hit the doomed Malaysian Airlines flight is designed to pulverise aircraft on impact.

A BUK missile system in the firing position, during an international arms fair held last year. The launcher, an armoured truck, takes up position and once its crew have acquired the target, it takes five minutes for the first missle to be launched.

The surface-to-air missile hit the Boeing 777 with such force that residents in the area claim to have seen bodies falling from the sky ‘like rags’.

Justin Bronk, researcher analyst at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), told MailOnline: 'An SA-11 missile is designed to shred aircraft.

'The extent at which the remains of the aircraft are spread across a large area seems to confirm that.

As unthinkable as shooting down an airliner with hundreds of passengers is, it has happened before. Among the most notable cases in recent decades were an Iranian plane shot down by the US Navy and a South Korean airliner destroyed by a Russian fighter jet.

February 21, 1973: Libyan Airlines Flight 114 en route from Tripoli to Cairo goes off course, crossing the Suez Canal into airspace over the Israeli-held Sinai Desert. Israel claims the plane refuses to identify itself and two Air Force Phantom jets fire at it to force it to land. The aircraft goes out of control and crashes, killing 108 people. There are five survivors.

September 22, 1993: Abkhazian rebels in Georgia shoot down a passenger plane, killing 80. A day earlier, 28 died when a Russian Tu-134 was hit by Abkhazian fire and crashed into the Black Sea.

October 20, 1998: Rebels in eastern Congo shoot down a Congo Airlines passenger jet carrying 40 people. The plane crashes into a densely forested area just outside of Kindu, about 1,000 kilometres east of Kinshasa.

(Reuters) - Malaysia Airlines said on Friday the flight route taken by an airliner that came down in Ukraine had been declared safe by the U.N. aviation arm, the International Civil Aviation Organisation.


It also said the International Air Transportation Association "had stated that the airspace the aircraft was traversing was not subject to restrictions".


The airline said the plane was carrying a total 298 people, including three infants – 283 passengers and 15 crew. It earlier said it had been carrying 295 people.

sebagai warga ATC yg menerima news ni sgt sedih dan simpati...kami bertugas untuk memastikan semua kapal terbang selamat di udara sgt2 terkejut dan tak terkata akan kejadian ini....MAS 16/ MAS 17 akan menjadi kenangan...tiada lagi panggilan good morning untuk arrival clearance MAS17, identified, cleared Lumpur R14L selalunya pagi sebelum Subuh ketika ia memasuki ruang udara Malaysia

kalau tiada NOTAM dari ukraine atc atau eurocontrol laluan x selamat, laluan dianggap selamat

dan..
dan yang mengaku tak guna route tu
menipu untuk jaga pelanggan pengguna dier rang
pengecut nak ngaku

07.18.2014, Ukraine | In the area of placer mining town Emergency Situations Ministry of Ukraine and volunteers from the local community were looking for fallen fragments of the Boeing 777 and its passengers.























Killed not only people, but also the birds that were on board the Malaysian Boeing. This parrot that belonged to one of the passengers.




















In one of the houses of the village fallen body passenger Boeing struck the roof.





Traces of the fragments from the missile on the wing crashed the Boeing 777.
