An action-packed new trailer has been released for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The three minute promo features some truly spine-tingling footage from the superhero sequel including a scene showing Spidey coming to the rescue when his girlfriend Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) falls through a building. He manages to save her but seems worried that he won’t be able to protect her forever.  Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) asks: ‘What if something happens to you because of me?’ Peter Parker is also seen looking for answers from his aunt, being befriended by the charming Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) and battling villain Electro (Jamie Foxx) in Times Square. Electro threatens: ‘You want to know how powerful I am? You’re about to find out.’ The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is out in UK cinemas on April 18.
