It's the footage Justin Bieber has been trying his hardest to keep away from the public since his arrest last month, but even the Biebs couldn't keep the video of his sobriety test under wraps. However before you all rush to slam the 19-year-old, the clip actually shows that perhaps the 'Baby' hitmaker wasn't as under influences as we first believed.  The video, which is the best evidence to prove the singer was over the limit while behind the wheel shows Justin attempting to walk in a straight line and although he may miss a couple of steps, he doesn't do too badly. Justin Bieber was arrested on three charges of DUI, driving with an expired driver's license and resisting arrest last month, while in a toxicology report proved he did have marijuana and prescription medication in his system during the time of arrest.
