Wah..semua org citer psl pernah kena tahan polis..nak citer gak la..
a) berlaku thn 2000 masa tgh belajar kat U di PJ.masa tu i br balik dr part time keje di bangsar so tunggu teksi.masa tu dlm kul 12 mlm..still ingat,kat roundabout masa tu.tetiba dtg kancil polis berenti sebelah i,pastu tanya i buat apa?i ckp la tgh tunggu teksi nk balik kolej.pastu abg polis tu( dia sorang) offer i naik kereta tapi i taknak sbb tgk cr dia senyum pun cm seram je.dia pujuk2 jugak smpai i dah seram so i ckp i akan call kawan suruh dtg ambik i.dia x puas ati,masih lagi dok pujuk2 so i terus blah dr situ.dia boleh ikut i slow2 dgn kereta dia tu..!dah la kat situ,kaw agak sunyi..mana i pegi,dia follow je so i tekad,cr public phone( masa tu hp bkn trend lg)..dah jumpa public phone,i buat2 call kwn walhal phone rosak..polis tu nampak i duk 'brbual2' cmtu,terus dia blah..lega!akhir i mtk kwn dtg ambik i.i x tahu niat polis tu tp i rasa i dh buat tindakan yg betul.
b) berlaku thn lps,i dgn my 8 yr old doter nk pegi sunway pyramid.x pakai seatbelt sbb b4 that berenti kat petronas so lupa.elok je smpai selekoh,bam..!polis buat roadblok.i kena tahan.abg polis tu siap mtk lesen,ic semua pastu i dpt lecture free sbb x pakai belt.hehehe..i tersengih2 je smbil bagi alasan pastu merayu2 ala2 manja sambil tergelak malu(nasib baik i ni mmg ayu.LOL).dkt 5 min abg polis tu duk gertak ala2 manja gak.siap pegang buku saman.last2 dia bagi lepas dgn warning.LOL...
Konklusinya...polis ni pun manusia,ada hati perut.so x yah la nk berlagak samseng..kalau kena pd tmpat,polis tu blh maafkan je kita.org berbudi,kita berbahasa..

Hiew, who admitted he did not wear his seat belt, said he cooperated with the sergeant and had handed over his identity card and driving licence.
But he alleged that the sergeant became angry when he took pictures of the situation. The officer even allegedly threatened to put Hiew in jail and inform his employer so that he would be fired.

Hiew, 26, had reportedly accused the Malacca police of arresting, handcuffing and putting him in the lock-up for three nights for merely not wearing a seat-belt while driving with four friends last month.
Hiew, together with DAP leaders, claimed at a press conference today that the police had abused their powers for detaining him after accusing him of allegedly obstructing them from discharging their duties on the night of May 28.
“I was accused of obstructing a civil servant from carrying out his duties by uttering to the police sergeant, ‘Lu apa kuasa mau ambik gua punya IC dan lesen’ (What powers do you have to take my IC and licence?),” Hiew reportedly said in an online newsportal, but denied saying those words.
Hiew, who admitted he did not wear his seat belt, said he cooperated with the sergeant and had handed over his identity card and driving licence.
But he alleged that the sergeant became angry when he took pictures of the situation. The officer even allegedly threatened to put Hiew in jail and inform his employer so that he would be fired.
The police said Hiew’s offence fell under Section 186 of the Penal Code for trying to obstruct policemen from carrying out their duties.
Hiew was held in the Melaka Tengah police station and then transferred to the traffic station before being released on May 31.
He also alleged that the police did not tell him the grounds for his arrest, which, according to lawyer and DAP’s Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng, was the right of a detained person.
Lim also said that police contravened Section 28A of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) by not telling Hiew that he had the right to see a lawyer. |

Assalamualaikum semuer,
Yang paling dekat di sisi Allah ialah orang yang BerTAQWA.
Apa dialek yg dier guna, apa keturunan/bangsa pung, pangkat or darjat...............semuer nya tidak berguna sekiranya ENGKAR PERINTAH Allah.
Kita di larang menghina BANSA/AGAMA orang yg lain.
Kelak mereka yang jahil itu akan menghina Agama kita.
Selepas 55 tahun MERDEKA, kalau bangsa cina yang lahir di Malaysia masih tidak dapat bertutur Bahasa Malaysia dengan betul kiranya di bandingkan dgn Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myammar, Pakistan yang baru 2 tahun berada di sini.
Komer nak salahkan saper??
Fikir fikirkan lah.............
Kalau nak cakap perangai KOMUNIS, bangsa Melayu pung ghamai sebegitu.
Syirik lagi ghamai.....
Engkar perintah dan suruhan Allah swt...............bersepah.

boleh percaya ke cakap cina dap nie... lepas ni kena dakwa di mahkamah yang boleh sabitkan 2 tahun penjara dan 10 ribu ringgit denda... padan muka... kerja senang jadi susah |
