skrg nie i byk minum air....kalu minum air byk time malam...esoknyer mesti perut kembung semacam jer....perkara biasa ker nie? tp kalu tak minum kang dahaga lah plak....now letak botol air kat tepi katil....

The following are ten of the most important reasons why drinking water helps to lose weight:
